സഭാകമ്പം മാറാൻ ഞാൻ കണ്ടെത്തിയത് mirror ഇൽ നോക്കി സംസാരിക്കുക എന്നതാണ്... first പെർഫോമൻസ് 4tg std ഇൽ ആയിരുന്നു.. അന്ന് ഡാൻസ് പകുതി വഴിക്കു വെച്ച് നിർത്തി ടീച്ചർ നോട്‌ പറഞ്ഞു "എനിക്കാവില്ല എന്ന്... പിന്നീട് mirror നു മുൻപിൽ ഡാൻസ് ചെയ്തു പാട്ട് പാടി പ്രസംഗിച്ചു .... എല്ലാം ok ആയി... പിന്നീട് കിട്ടിയ ഒരു അവസരവും മിസ്സ്‌ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല... ഇന്ന് ഒരു കുഞ്ഞു വാവ യുണ്ട്.... ഇന്നും സ്റ്റേജ് ഇൽ perform ചെയ്യുന്ന്‌.... അവസരങ്ങളെ അനുഗ്രഹങ്ങളാകു... ഇഷ്ടമുള്ളതെല്ലാം ചെയ്യൂ... കളിയാക്കലുകൾ പോസിറ്റീവ് ആയി എടുക്കു.. നല്ല ഒരു ജീവിതം നിങ്ങൾക്കു ആയി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു..

To tackle this pl join a Toastmasters club in your Area .
It's really useful.
They hv Gavel clubs for ages 12 to 18
And 18 above Toastmasters club.
It's a non profit organization.
Youth leader ship programs are conducted by them which is very useful in combating the above said fears .
