Honestly the only thing I can take in 60 is a console experience. Not a problem at all with that.
9:36 you can change the double swipe to a single one on samsung without switching to buttons by going into game hub>more>game booster>block during game>navigation gestures

@Nicolas12 by turning this setting off ..whenever you exit a game,instead of swiping twice to exit the game you will only need to do it once.

I would recommend in future videos you click a few buttons in each app so you can actually know when an app is reloading in the RAM management test.

Thin bezzels vs large bezzels. 120 hz refresh rate vs 60 hz. Small front camera punch hole vs huge dynamic island that occupies half of the display. There is no question
Apple should put either a LTPO 90 Hz or a normal 120 Hz screen on the non pro models. We live in a world right now where even 200$ phones have an OLED display with 120Hz. And for Apple to put such a screen on a flag ship device is truly astronishing.
I remember at one point I wanted the 15 plus for the dynamic island. My friend has a 15 Plus and when he showed me the island's functionality, I felt like it was a gimmick. I say that because I have a Pixel 8 Pro and had a Pixel 7 before this, and both phones support multi app. The closest the iPhones come to that is a hovering video, and now I guess the island. But once he showed me what the dynamic island could do, I was underwhelmed lol. That island is permanent, when I want to access an app while using another, I'll just run the apps side by side. I feel like the island is just a watered down multi app alternative. I just feel like if the iPhones are as powerful as Apple says, why not just add the dual app option? Now that I think about it, Apple kinda ruined that possibility because imagine a secondary app running with that cut out just occupying space. After thinking, that island isn't as intuitive as initially thought....it's an inhibitor.

Last exynos variants were ok at launch but they had thermal throtling and they consumed more battery,got hot and were taking worse photos.

Dynamic island is literally a waste of space , not msny apps support it its at the top of thr screen which makes it hard to reach and because you tap it sll the time the camera gets smugges and photos are blurry, they can use a pill cutout wich we would be able to move it anywhere into the screen so it does not take space (like the youtube in picture in picture mode ) ( Samsung does that when you set a timer) , and you may say " but face id.. " well face id is badly implemented with slow workflow. You have to grab the phone, make sure the sensor sees your face and then swipe up , on Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor you just need to tap the display even If the phone is turned off and putted down or inside your pocket and with a single tap you get in the homescreen so fast and simple, and security.. Ultrasonic can see the depth of the finger and the insides of it , face id can only see the depth of the face and faces aren't as unique as fingerprints and there's many tests in youtube that show that if you have a twin brother or sister you can unlock each others phones and there's the risk of someone pointing the face id to your face and unlocking your phone and gets away, and goodbye to phone and private data.
Conclusion, notch and dynamic island is just making the iphone more iconic wich makes you an apple advertisement when people see you using an iphone , it's just a genius marketing trick
And it works with wet hands and scratched screen , the only time that fingerprint sensor is a problem is when you wear gloves , but if you have the ultra you can use the s pen to type your pin code and wearing gloves isn't a problem.

That happens on android phones that use a 2D image of your face to recognize you. iPhone’s is way more secure using a 3D map of your face and infared lights to recognize your face which is WAYYY more secure than fingerprint sensors and has less false positives and it’s faster.

Also dynamic island the worst bloatware ever in any smartphone because you can't disable it stop it hide it or delete it , its all the time there distracting you with its animations. At least bloatware on android can be disabled or deleted and it doesn't play a permanent role for your experience

Thats because people has preference, if they wanna use an iphone then they can use an iphone, i think people use iphones mostly because of the overall simplicity and reliability of the brand, no matter how hard you show off android phones with cool features, to most people especially average people, those android features are not necessary to them because its not really what they are looking for in a phone

The reliably smooth snappiness of the S24 is extremely satisfying. I upgraded from S22+ which I thought was about as smooth and snappy as it could get, but somehow the S24 still managed to pleasantly surprise me.

Dynamic Island IS in fact a feature. If it was my choice I would always choose to have it. Not in the sense that I’d pick and iPhone with it over Android without it - no, hope Apple themselves doesn’t get rid of it. Very useful and helpful.

I went back to Samsung with the 24 ultra. I will say there are certain things i miss about ios. Face unlock is so much nicer and more consistent unlocking your phone, and apple pay works nicer and faster. I see why people like it, but for me theres just too many things i prefer on One UI/android.

NFC isn't bad, but it's definitely not as prominent everywhere. The ultrasonic fingerprint though, is just as secure as Face ID and allows you virtually the same percs as Face ID. It's also under-display so, it really shines with not taking up screen relestate.
@jordanjackson8873 yes I know that. That's why I didn't mention the security part. I specifically mentioned it's consistency. There's times where my fingerprint doesn't register the first time and I have to press longer. I even registered it 4 times. But I can admit face id on iphone works pretty flawlessly and I actually prefer it over the ultrasonic. I wish Samsung had both, that would be sick. As fR as the nfc, I've never had a problem being able to pay with samsung pay anywhere. But Apples chip is towards the top so it makes it so much faster to use.
@calebalvarez1234 sounds like you have an optical fingerprint because I have the s23+ and s24+, and they both take 1 second to wake my phone with a single tap. Even with the screen off. The NFC isn't accepted everywhere because some places would still require I use a security pin. It works just as fast as apple pay tho
@jordanjackson8873 I've had every samsung flagship besides the 23. I have the 24 ultra right now. Don't be a fan boy bro. The ultra sonic isn't perfect. I've used samsung my whole life. I am just being unbiased and willing to admit there are things apple does better and there are things Samsung does better.

One thing that you never mention is that the camera quality is noticeably better on the iPhone. Not just video, but photos as well. They are not as versatile but they are undoubtedly better quality and much, MUCH more consistent and reliable. As someone who really uses cameras a lot (I’m not a pro photographer only because I’m not paid but I might as well be) this is a deal breaker. My iPhone 15 base model literally takes better photos in day and night on its main camera than my S24 Ultra, to say nothing of my 15 Pro Max and how badly it beats the S24.
I strongly agree i have base 15 yellow much better photos not even close. My girl has s23 ultra and my best friend has s22 ultra. Haven’t seen s24 ultra yet but my 15 takes wayyyy better photos than both their phones CONSISTENTLY

The S24 is getting hard to justify in the way of Samsung’s premium lineup. Because it still starts with 128GB. And the S24+ has basically the same screen as the Ultra. Every year it was hard to justify the plus models for Samsung. Now it’s hard to justify the base S24. Still nevertheless a great phone. I just think they need to add a little nicer screen, increase the battery (across the board), and drop 128GB. Then I could hands down recommend anyone buy one

Just switched to a S24 from my iPhone 11. I really liked my iPhone and back in the time when I purchased it, I didn't see any alternative. But this time the S24 for me personally wins the race against the iPhone 15. Let's see if i can stay as long on the S24 as previously on my iPhone 11.

just bought iphone 11 base model (yes, I’m well aware it’s way too late for this phone) just for the sake of finding out what those fanboys are hyping about this so called ios. for $400, I’m sure there are tons of androids with better specs. and one of the most annoying thing is indeed the refresh rate among other things that they seem to put a lot of effort for being seamless yet not practical at all. I mean, how hard is it to add one universal gesture to go “back”?

Bro everyone's bragging about 60hz refresh rate while you have to scroll at least 2 times to get out of a damned portrait game or app in android and btw 8:24 samsung refreshed CAMERA A NATIVE SAMSUNG APP 8:47 INSTAGRAM yes INSTAGRAM AND 8:53 THE LITERAL CLOCK NATIVE SAMSUNG APP you just ignore it and talk about refresh rate AGAIN thats unprofessional and once iphone refreshes in some stupid third party game you notice it very fast(yes ebay and appstore too but 2 native and one third party app vs 2 native and one thirdparty game is not logical for me for a 6gb vs 8gb) anyways thank you for the video i would say and i'd recommend you to charge up the phones to 100 and full brightness test them so you can see which one has a better battery, samsung has more ram its unacceptable for me to see how it freezes apps that android meant to keep them open (pubg etc...) while iphone should freeze them but they are most of the time open.
Apple has some false choices 8gb ram on premium laptops and 60hz refresh rate on phones nobody is doing anymore theres nothing new here we know all this and we should really condemn apple but you have to stick to the facts, with apple less is more.

love both but i dont like when apple launches lots of paths bc its full of bugs in every update and android doesnt need a lot of updates with one ui and with every iphone software update patch battery suffers while android is always fresh and smooth but yes no matter what you get with this 2 device its a solid win in their segment
