Mera maruti 800 gadi running me engine off hogaya tha. alternator wire khulne se start hota hai, lekin wire joint karne se start off hojata hai. Kya problem ho sakta hai? Pls... Batayiya.

40amp ka agar hai toh. ye 35 amp ka battery hi full charge kar payega....... or dusra battery ko tikh se charge nahi kar payega

what hapen if you take out that capacitor from the alternator will hes starting charge by effected? When I hade that similar alternator the capacitor was removed and aperantly he has no voltage regulator as well ? in another car the charging system boiled the baterry I tought the baterry was dead but I put that same baterry and put it in a similar car who has evry thing normaly and that second same car roared to life with out problems even the car feals if its got stronger engine smuther engine.
So Im confused what hapened there?
Was AC charge present in the baterry did the lead acid baterry become a capacitor? Did I reverse polarity acidentaly? What I do know is I have a positive linear voltage regulator inside the dash board so Im confused realy what was the problem? I expected to push my second car to start the engine because of the boiled baterry the primary car with faulty alternator did drive around for a while and luseing slowly power the second car starter right up like some one pored kerosine instead of gasoline. What for odd behavior I wuld like to ceap such power increase and speed but prevent my baterry from disharging it.Any one got ideas what hapened? and how to control such behaviore?
You shouldn't take out the voltage regulator from any alternator
because that voltage regulator send the Current how much that battery need ....if you take out voltage regulator the battery will charge nonstop.....

@@CarworldTDI well that were same care models It was Opel Ascona C 1.3L 85model year. The car I buy for parts it hade a strange alternator aperantly it was a big 130amp alternator and it hade like look like a missing capacitor not shure if the regulator was missing ore not so I took baterry out from my other Opel that I used and simply drove that spare part car to home at the way home the car boiled the baterry car feals like it luseing power litel by litel I barelly made it home then I took that same baterry off the car and go back to by normal car to pick it back so I can go home I tought I muss push my car because off the boiled baterry my normal car has a 55 amp alternator normal working so I simply put that baterry in and actualy expected a no start situation but to my suprise the car did start in first try and at very high speed he started up as well how strange is that? When I drove back to home the car feal like smoth runing with lot power I did notice by the spare car that the voltage was fluctuating some where 15 -18v when you try to acelerate.
So Im not shure what hapened mixed up terminals,missing voltage regulator ore failed voltage regulator ore that capacitor has some thing to do with it ? bouth of those alternators were 2 wire GM stille alternators they only have big stud for baterry and small wire going to fiald side thats all. Im not shure how is that posibel because I have a positive linear voltage regulator inside the dash board it shuld have blocked any acces voltage flow .By the way on the spare part car with faulty alternator all the way home the baterry light was turned ON.
So yeah strange behaviore but I liked it I have no idea if it was pure AC ore cinde of polarity swap to ignition coil ore perhaps bouth positive and negative similar to waste spark ignition but the smothnes of the motor was nice so I wuld like to get the same effect back with out the danger blowing my self up I didnt like realy that baterry boiling that was I belive hydrogen It was scarry .

You hooked bulb terminal to battery positive and another to alternator positive. And you didn't explain to feed armature from the battery

What the hack! that bulb should be an exciter which when the car key is on, it glows and went off when the vehicle is crank which means the battery is charging. But yours is that the buld glows when the engine is running!!!? Which means the alternator is not excited or not charging!! Funny expert
