Exciting Announcement! First Haitian Creole Class!

- I am excited to announce that I'll be launching a Haitian Creole class, as some of you have expressed interest in learning. In this class, you'll gain a solid foundation in Haitian Creole, covering everything from the alphabet to vowel and consonant sounds, and even delving into nasal vowels and consonants.
Before I kick off the class, I'd like to gauge how many of you are interested. It's important to note that this class is free of charge. All I ask from you is active participation, and after each session, there will be a brief assessment using a Google form.
If you're keen to join, kindly grab your phone. I'd like to ensure that we approach this in a systematic and scientific manner.
Haitian Creole class curriculum 2023.
**Week 1-2: Introduce basic Creole sounds, including vowels and common consonants.
Week 2
Introducing vowels
Short vowels
Long vowels
Nasal vowels
Introducing diphthongs
Introducing digraphs
Trigraphs
Pronunciation
3. Introduce common greetings like "Bonjou" (Good morning) and "Bonswa" (Good evening).
4. Teach basic polite phrases like "Mesi" (Thank you) and "Orevwa" (Goodbye).
*Week 3-4: Numbers and Colors*
1. Teach numbers from 1 to 10 in Haitian Creole.
2. Introduce basic colors like "wouj" (red), "ble" (blue), and "vèt" (green).
*Week 5-6: Family and Body Parts*
1. Introduce basic family members like "maman" (mom), "papa" (dad), and "frè" (brother).
2. Teach basic body parts like "tèt" (head) and "men" (hand).
*Week 7-8: Animals and Food*
1. Introduce common animals like "chen" (dog) and "chat" (cat).
2. Teach basic food items like "pen" (bread) and "dlo" (water).
*Week 9-10: Everyday Activities and Emotions*
1. Cover daily routines like "manje" (eat) and "dòmi" (sleep).
2. Introduce basic emotions like "kontan" (happy) and "tris" (sad).
*Week 11-12: Nature and Weather*
1. Teach names of basic elements of nature like "solèy" (sun) and "pye bwa" (tree).
2. Introduce basic weather expressions like "lapli ap tonbe" (it's raining) and "solèy ap klere" (the sun is shining).
*Week 13-16: Storytime and Songs*
1. Read simple Haitian Creole picture books together.
2. Learn and sing Haitian Creole children's songs.
*Week 17-20: Holidays and Traditions*
1. Cover common holidays like "Fèt Nwèl" (Christmas) and "18 me " (Haitian Flag Day).
2. Learn related vocabulary and traditions.
*Week 21-24: Outdoor Activities and Play*
1. Introduce outdoor activities like "jwe nan pak " (play in the park) and “moute pye bwa" (climb a tree).
2. Encourage imaginative play and conversation in Haitian Creole.
*Week 25-28: Places and Transportation*
1. Teach names of common places like "lekòl" (school) and "mache" (market).
2. Introduce basic transportation vocabulary like "machin" (car) and "bisiklèt" (bicycle).
*Week 29-32: Review and Application*
1. Will Conduct regular reviews and assessments to reinforce learning.
2. Will Encourage using learned phrases and words in everyday scenarios.
