I don't have a Leica rangefinder, but do have some other rangefinder cameras that may be reviewed soon. I'm going to shoot a film with the Minolta XK before reviewing it.
When I load the film, the rewinder works but the viewing window is black. When I take out the film I can see threw it again? Obviously I’m a newbie. What am I doing wrong Leicaflex is the camera an older one
my rewind release button is stuck. i might have used it at an inappropriate time during the process. is there a way to unstuck it? what could've caused this?
I have a 3 cam lens (60mm/f2.8) on my R6.2 but it will only open to f2.8 & f4. It won't let me decrease my aperture beyond that. What am i doing wrong?
Minolta must have designed that convoluted film loading mechanism for Leica to mess with them. It's just stupid. Even Nikon FE has a simpler, better method. I have an R5 and just got an R7. But I hate this loading method.

Wait so does the r series have its own lenses? Or does it use rangefinder lenses cause if they dont they look very similar
RetroB3AST The R series of cameras use their own lenses that are different from the M mount rangefinders.
The R6.2 is a Leica R that i would say is the successor to the Leicaflexes. (And I love Leicaflexes). GREAT video
There's an adapter to use M lenses on R bodies if I'm not mistaken
