She was talking about giving C some tips and getting into her circle. L gave her props by offering her to spar. Wisdom and experience beats youth and agility any day. L didn't want to fight her, she wanted to see if she had the heart to stand in front of a legend and learn something. It's called respect on both ends, something people didn't learn or get taught recently.

She took on boxing pretty early in her life and forged her own path. She was a pretty good boxer but not a exciting boxer. @GStrong nothing against laila but Clarissa is way more decorated than her and faced better competition, Shields spar the best men and women currently, unless she was a huge laila ali fan and wanted some type of nostalgic feeling, sparring her would be a waste of time.....a fight can actually get both of them paid handsomely......
