JDV another Masterclass in greatness. I love how expertly you have all the buttons placed on your cabinet prior to drilling the holes in. It's great to hear you explain how and why your doing things in every step Well done!!😎😎
Thank you Hollywood for the kind words! I hope the videos haven't been too long-winded, and that they help whoever's been thinking about building their own vpin cab... thanks again Hollywood!
It's looking so good! Awesome to watch this progress and how you are breaking down the instructions/steps. Great job!
Thank you Max!
Can't wait for the next episode! I love seeing how people approach this project. I feel that the software is going to be the most challenging and daunting part.
You cab looks steller btw!
Thank you kindly! Next ep soon!
Can't wait to see the rest of this build. Kinda surprised you bought the backbox as a kit.
I'm glad I did - it looks better than what I could have done at the time. But now that I have it, I could use it as a template for another machine. Frankly, the whole build could have been simpler and the play value would have been the same... but I wanted to make it as slick as I could, which meant buying the backbox.
This is seriously awesome content. I don’t have woodworking experience so the way you walk through it all is so helpful. Can’t wait to do this someday!
Ryan - glad you like the videos! I tend not to do long-form videos, but I do think it's the best way to actually try and show how to do build something...
You are going an amazing job with this
Thanks Chad, glad you're liking the series!
I'm really hoping that part 4 is coming???? Watched the first 3 episodes, and thought they were great. Any ETA on part 4?
Thanks Arnold! I've been doing a lot of research on what the next episode, which is about what kind of computer you need, frontend, etc. Essentially, I'm been figuring what the cheapest/smallest model of PC will run 4K pinball. Hopefully soon - be sure to sub, and thanks for watching!
Please upload the next parts soon.
Will do man - Xmas sale videos have taken over! Planning having LOTS of pinball content in January.
@@evilgeniusentertainment Great. Will build a vpin myself with my dad and take your videos as my blueprint.

When is the 4th video coming out?
Hopefully this week!
Is this series dead ? Was hoping to see how the rest was put together.
Nope, not dead (but mostly finished). Here's the link to the playlist in case you missed some eps: czcams.com/play/PLK42onFAODr1meZUARi2IQ_WlrqQ_OPbA.html
Curious what your solution for keeping the PC outside of the cabinet ended up looking like? Also any problems with the LG C2 and heat buildup once the glass was installed? I'm in the middle of a build with a C2 but I have the screen pretty much flush with the top of the cabinet so there's not going to be much of an air gap once I get glass to go over it.
No problems with over-heating so far, but I do have a wee bit of gap all around, and a large opening in the back of the machine. It means I have to dust off the monitor every month or so, but no over-heating (yet). Far as having the PC on the outside of the cab, check out this video where I compare it to the new 4KP: czcams.com/video/soJHex3mKUA/video.htmlfeature=shared
@@evilgeniusentertainment Excellent, thanks for the reply!
I'll check out that other vid now.
You got it!
