I just bought one for my wife to replace her 2014 CLS AMG 63S that she loved. The 2014 was out of warranty so time to trade. Have already had the new one ceramic coated and the windows tinted with the darkest legal tint and the front wrapped with 3m protective film. So far love the GT. Looked at the new CLS, but the GT is a lot better looking car in my opinion. Liked the older CLS more than the current model. Miss the extreme power of the 63, but the 53 has about 450HP with the electric boost mild hybrid technology. Plenty of power but not as much fun as the 63. Took it on a road trip (about 800 miles) and really enjoyed the drive. Love the new interior with the led ambient lighting.
Nice! I bought one for my wife too! She loves it, I was fairly impressed on how much she really liked it that I went ahead and bought one for my mistress. And I know what you're thinking and to answer your thoughts, Yes the sex was good that night when I got my mistress this sweet ass ride.

Lovely color & interior is on fire!! this or the CLs53 AMG? Is the ride too harsh on the 20"? There s a $20K price difference between CLs53 and Gt53 (fully loaded).

I appreciate you took time to shoot this video and try to make a living in the process, but I would encourage you in your next review, if you haven't done it already, to try to learn more about the technical details about the car instead of pointing to the obvious: you have this...you have that. People can see the obvious. Yes you can briefly talk about the exterior colors, for instance, since there are different shades of black and grey colors. So it makes sense to mention them and they do look different on the computer than live.
However, try to spend more time on technical details as they are as important, if not more, since there are people who come here to watch CZcams videos for reviews on a car because that may be their next purchase target. They want to be really informed about the car. Please test drive it and let us how it feels, the performance, the pros and cons, etc and etc.
I am not trying to take you down since everyone has to start somewhere and you deserve credit for putting the time. So don't take it personal. Wish I could send you this suggestion in private, but I don't have a way of doing so. I apologize if this hurts your feelings, that is not the intent.

It’s a new regulation in the states. Cars must have reflectors that can be seen from the side for safety reasons.

Unfortunately I live in a state where front plate is required. A front plate would definitely interfere with the front grill look. I really don't understand the logic to have a fr45king front plate. Hate it.

The GT53 will be a nice value in a couple years, I'd take a used one over a new CLS53 for the same price.
Edward Teach well it’s still a very good car with a 435HP in-line six cylinder engine , 0-100km/h in 4,5 seconds and it’s very fast , the top speed is 285 km/h.
