    Hey Max…. Just want to say you inspire me to be the best pocket billiards player that I can be.
    I’m just a young black man from Brooklyn, NY trying to inspire others like me to branch out and show their love for the sport no matter what color they might be. I plan on being in the lime light like, SVB, Earl S, EBR, Joshua Filler, The Ko Pin brother, and etc. In honor of the Great Cisero Murphy. Hopefully one day I can cross your path and show you my burning passion for the sport on the table. Keep up the great content, always much appreciated!

      This means a lot to me Richard, thank you. I was fortunate to meet Cisero shortly before he died. I saw him practicing in Dover, Delaware at a 9ball tournament and while he was waiting to break a rack I approached him and congratulated him for being inducted into the BCA Hall of Fame. He said thank you with sincerity and I’ll never forget that moment. He had the longest pause at the end of his backswing that I’d ever seen. What a legend. Thank for the message and I wish you success in your endeavors in pool. You can do it!

    Thank you max for another outstanding video. I hope in one video maybe you can show your bridge position for a frozen corner cue ball middle pocket shot to opposite end of table. I'm have issues with bridge setup but working on it. You are the greatest Max.
    I just saw video again and was able to see your bridge from a side pocket shot which will help me.
    Thanks again my friend

  • @pauljsavagejr
    @pauljsavagejr Před 4 měsíci +2

    This is a great example of staying down on your shot.
    Worst habit when playing 9 ball is getting lazy. Getting in that zone of two stroking every shot, eventually missing because I didn't stay down.
    Great POV cam! Thanks for the upload

    • @GT-1902
      @GT-1902 Před 4 měsíci +1

    • @pauljsavagejr
      @pauljsavagejr Před 4 měsíci

      @@GT-1902 Right. I apologize. Lazy may have not been the word to use. Maybe more of a fast paced rhythm. How do you see it as a good thing?

    • @GT-1902
      @GT-1902 Před 4 měsíci

      @@pauljsavagejr I think I get what you're saying and the word Lazy is valid lol.
      I think that it's ok to play quickly as to not overthink things (take the same number of practice strokes on every shot, and shoot whether you're ready or not). I guess it might depend on what level the player is at also?

  • @cotedazure
    @cotedazure Před 4 měsíci +1

    Great POV upload as usual! Your vids are documentation to me; I'm constantly channeling these POVs when I practice these days.
    Looks like you're using the Dante 2 playing cue from JFlowers. Just curious if you would use the Dante/SMO combo in a major tournament if you were to compete this year or would you fall back to your older more familiar cue? I recall Dennis Orcollo got 2nd place at the Japan Open last year with the SMO shaft so I guess you can say it's a "competitive" grade of shaft.

    Hi, I’ve been watching a lot of your PoV videos and I find them very entertaining.
    I’ve read somewhere you use a GoPro 11, is the audio from your GoPro okay to use or do you happen to use an external microphone on it as well?
    Do your pool courses also come with PoV shots as well, or are those relatively unnecessary in the process?
    Thanks!
