for xiao I'd say: people don't realise that his constellations are absolutely garbage and that his c6 isn't even used against bosses so if you see a good xiao w furina, xy, c6 faru doing 150k-180k that's very much a c0 xiao. and yea his team is super super comfy to play now (one of his old cons), and yes there are absolutely no energy issues and no clunly setups (again the things he was criticised for). and his team is so versatile, we know he is the aoe king but his st has skyrocketed and has a bow user in the team, xy for catalyst and great for exploration, xiao himself is great against all types of sheilds etc. literally the go to high investment dps team ever.
AGREE!!, i got xianyun to be a xiao main again, his problem have solved , nor energy issue , no knocking enemies back issue, high single target dmg AND aoe, he can keep up wave after wave without needing to re-setup , my top 1 xiao with blackcliff can nearly one rotate second half bosses in this current abyss and xianyun isnt even that pulled i gave her 4p vv with 3160 attk and faruzan is currently on 2p GT 2p vv
Yess I love my Xiao now, finally feeling like I can smash the abbys 🥺and if I find overworld Xiao too bothersome I can literally just give his team and artifacts to Heizou and go on my merry way
That's what I realised too. I was always thinking why xiao underperforms in whale comparison videos. Now I realise it's because it's basically a C6 vs C0 comparison.
I don't know why dori ranked better than mona . She is great in ayaka teams and good for Speedruns
Dori/Fischl/Nahida/Furina is a decent team at worst, with high floor at low investment. Hard to rank aggravate and hyperbloom low. Kokomi is better than Mona anyways
at c6 she's more versatile than mona at c0, hyperbloom alone makes dori much better than mona and she's also a healer so she works with furina
doria t c6 is a decent driver with furina
Idk I 36 star the abyss pretty easily with my Klee and Mona team
I think morgana is still a viable team. Sure there are characters that could replace Mona like furina. But, It doesn't make her worse than dori. Who gives mediocre healing and electro application is bad and not to mention her c6 only gives infusion for 3s and if you're building her for EM her healing will drop significantly and her high ER requirement is still not fixed.nah I would prefer spamming Mona ult and her bonus extends in morgana team. P.S. C0 kuki is soo better than c6 dori which she is easily replacable. While you need furina or kokomi to replace Mona so yea
If 4 stars are evaluated at c6 diona is absolutely not the second worst character, her em buff is great for melt teams
Also is ganyu really 3 tiers worse than lyney lol, their playstyles and damage outputs are both pretty similar

I can't argue with most of that, outside some picky stuff like finding Nilou teams too reliant on 5 star teammates to be a big value, or personal beefs like finding Klee just way too miserable to play over other options that fill the role.
I guess my biggest comment outside of that is that the gap in most cases between tiers is not really that huge? I see comments like "oh you're so dumb if you picked Ayato over Neuvillette" and like sure, Ayato is absolutely measurably weaker, but it's not like a reasonably built Ayato can't clear any content that Neuvillette can, if slightly slower.
Less saying it as a challenge to the list and more just for people seeing this not to be discouraged if your favourite is ranked low or if you don't want to use the top ranked characters.
I 36 star every abyss with a mediocre Yoimiya, and I have to pay attention but it's not *hard*
"Yoimiya is objectively the worst pyro DPS" and "you can clear content just fine with her" can both be true.
Anyway I guess that's my teacher's college brain kicking in, lists like these are super valuable if you are struggling to clear or if you want to speedeun, but it feels important to me to say that if your favourite character is bad, that's fine, you're not stupid for wanting to play them, or not wanting to play an S+

this is a meta tierlist, one for the best characters, ayato is not a good character in comparison to neuvillette, i'm not calling anybody stupid for playing a character they want to play this is just an objective ranking. if people don't want an objective ranking they don't have to watch. obviously yoimiya is fine, we have no abyss floors past 12 to prove her flaws being a major issue
'play who you want' is a-given in general, but when watching a meta video you should expect me to rank coldly based on weighing good & bad

diona -- yes as i said we don't need her shields nowadays, her C6 buff is overrated by those who think its good & her heals are WAY too slow for the furina meta
klee -- yes... her damage output is decent & forward vape furina is strong.
lyney -- lyney is one of the strongest DPS characters in the game right now, C0R1 raiden is weak in comparison
venti -- i actually wanted to rank venti among the rest because i think he's way stronger than what people give him credit for, but i decided to play it safe here

This whole tier list is "theyre not better that furina"
I get that alhaitham can be more flexible than cyno, but i dont think the difference in their damage output is two tiers.
Tbh fair kaveh even at co is a pretty good on field driver in nilou teams, best in slot in a thoma burgeon team (he is the best four star here) and makes shatter bloom comfy.
And kaeya is basically a poor man's cryo support (if you don't have shene and rosaria for your ayaka you use him)
Mona is dragged down too much she isn't that bad (especially if you play her dps)
Also the saying that we don't need shielders is a little effy as neuvilete (someone who is considered broken) without his C1 gets knocked around a lot. Layla is the second best shielder especially for people who don't have zhongli. Wandere, yoimiya, and even lyney need shielders for comfy play.
And mind you Charlotte is a little clunky to use at C0
And as good as furina is basing all teams around her is questionable?
Layla is nice because she can give huge Tenacity uptime, I have her around in overworld pretty constantly.
Still, I think at the level of meta play that such a tier list matters for, and especially anything Furina based, there's very little room for shielders anymore.
And I'm saying this as a Yoimiya main! The DPS falloff for taking a shielder is so much more than any DPS loss I suffer from dodges or interrupts against all but the most crazy aggressive enemies.

I think it's more a case of "even the B tier characters can still be good"
Tighnari is limited in his role, and superceded by other Dendro DPS, but that doesn't mean he can't absolutely crush most content.
@@maevethefox5912 he's really smashing this current 2nd half of abbys with just how SPEEDY his rotations is. Few seconds and he's done, which is great for the freaking Wenut, and he can do it from the distance/range too, not having to chase it like alhaitham.
@Szczurzyslawa Ahh yeah, I just clear it with Yae but I imagine his spread Damage would speed it up even more.

I think Yanfei is being super underrated on the list. She's super easy to build (you naturally get WT stuff farming bosses) and can use Cashflow alongside Furina & Jean. Slap in Xingqui or Yelan and she's a powerful driver with a strong support lineup that has so many options to build her strongly.
What about the main character?
I’m guessing the hydro is niche tier (switch to it, laugh at the water pistol, switch out) while everything else is pretty low?
I actually think this list is way more based than many tier lists because if there is a character that can outclass another in the same role or enables a more powerful team, at C0 R1 (or C6 for 4*) then they are ranked above, that doesn't mean those beneath them are bad or that they are not capable of great dmg/support - it also doesn't mean they are not great for you personally - Ayaka is capable of a ton of dmg, but Navia is easier to use for a ton of dmg - Furina with Neuvilette, even with the double hydro dmg loss for Neuvi, is so busted it's better than teaming him with his other BIS.
If you have a "play whoever you like, Genshin is not hard" mentality, that's fine but it's also fine to want to know who will give you more dmg/use for similar investment because newer players have so many characters to choose from. Tier lists are also for people who are playing who they like....the ones that enable more dmg lol

@linklovezelda2000 mono cryo is generally better than melt now, but I think it's pushing it a bit to say that it's her only use, you can get more than fine clear times with melt Ganyu, it's just not *optimal* from a meta perspective.

Gaming is so much fun. I'm a little bummed I've spent so many resources building up Diluc and Dehya when Gaming comes along as a 4 star and does their job better. At least I can flip their weapons and sets easily, and I still like C2 Dehya as an underrated sub-dps with a nice interupt resist.

I love Kuki. I do agree other things do what she does a bit better. However I am ALWAYS pairing her with my Alhaitham for his hyperbloom variant. She packs so much at 1k em. I even rolled an extra freedom sworn for her. Just play what you enjoy and the clear times will come.

I hope everyone remembers that this tier list considers you have all characters, relatively new accounts can have problems with utilizing Furina
She is strong but nothing she brings to the table comes for free, you need proper healing to actually make sure she deals like yelan and buffs a ton. New accounts don't have much healers

11:35 wait, huh? You mean Bennett at C6?
Also yeah, he is mainly a revmelt carry, a pretty good one at that with Xianyun he now has a very good freeze plunge team. If your Bennett is not C6 his infusion suddenly becomes much less niche, because your Rosatia and Gaming can enjoy bigger cryo numbers than whatever Bennett can afford, also CD reduction. Chongyun is a quickswap character, and he's pretty competent in mono-cryo too.

I like the list a little shocking seeing ganyu below diluc, but this is your opinion. My Vape diluc with r5 wolf gravestone em, pyro, cd on Crimson does not out damage my Melt Ganyu on r2 Amos atk, cryo, cd on wanderers with similar CD, bennet and kazuha supports. But you're definitely 98% right on this list.
Is that with Xianyun though? She spiked his power massively thanks to his huge plunge scaling
Plunge Dulic is currently doing insane damage, that's why he's so high up now.
You're not taking into account Diluc's Xianyun team. Ganyu's melt or mono cryo teams don't come close in terms of DPS.

The only disadvantage of Hu Tao is that her best team takes two best charcters out of the box but the damage makes it worth it and saying that she is bad just proves skill issue of those player base.

Kaeya is quite good in ayaka freeze even surpassing rosaria in terms of comfortabilty and superior energy generation i actually used him with ayaka for this times abyss 12
the only thing that holds him back is his replacements like diona for better battery, rosaria for higher damage, shenhe as good cryo offield and buffs
I think Kaeya can be really underrated because most people don't have him at C6, but in a tier list that assumes a C6 four-star, he's actually kind of insane. He can build into damage stats because his own ER ascension and his constellation refund means his Burst is ludicrously cheap, he can generate a lot of particles, and he has good synergy with Wolf Fang from the Battle Pass if you get that (can't build stacks off-field, but at least he'll usually stack once from E into Q).
That said, Rosaria is no slouch either and they're so close that I can't really justify tiering them right next to each other. It just depends what you need out of a Cryo off-fielder.

One can replace for other like rosaria is pretty good for melt (because of no icd). And kaeya is better in freeze (because of higher energy regeneration)
But both can be interchangeable in many situations

Always check in on juice tier lists. Not as harsh on Ayato this time. Though he's still underrated. Great new account pick up. My mono cyro girls. Layla, Ayaka and Ganyu love yah ❤. Still bring you and very comfy clear this abyss. Only because the boss chamber is on side 2 otherwise fallen off. Nuev, maybe I'm just bad at this game I still dont like him. Matches Ayato at similar investment at c0, non sig. I will pick Leney or Navia every time over him. He's just clunky at c0 and I can't be bothered getting every hydro reaction and bringing a sheilder (if only Zhonglis pillars didn't suck) plus his signature. Fully understand best c1 in the game and top 5 c2s. Side note, I love mono geo. But how do the other mono teams out perform you in your own niche. It makes me sad as a Geo slave. Maybe Chiori will change that. Please hoyo do something relevant with Geo other than a unit who really only plays well with Zhongli and Albedo (though happy he has a second option now. Furina wet rock is an awesome team)
Many CC have C1R1 Neuvillette, I find that they are not capable of judging him C0R0 Neuvillette.
@@Camelia437 yeah, I'm starting to think that too. Then rest of the player base follows. Best c1 dps in the game, average at c0. That's my evaluation. At least Hu Tao you can jump cancel at c0 and or run her in Xiangyun. C0 Neuv you are forced to bring a shielder. Leney and Ganyu don't even force shielders because they can be played in quick swap teams and burst dps teams. They both also have taunts and s. Played both without shielders this abyss cycle.
Gaming does more dmg than hutao tho why is she higher?

Gaming is also a hypercarry unlike Hu Tao who gets more damage from off-field characters
I feel like you ignored how powerful Morgana is, even though it's one of the best for any AOE situation if it's not a cryo one which still makes is it extremely powerful.

But, man, poor Xinyan. She really has been hard-screwed by her split-scaling and kit. Best use I've gotten out of her recently was just full DEF shield bot for a Gaming-Xianyun plunge team, and that was only because I _insisted_ on using her over Zhongli just because I could.
Xingqiu should be in nutella, i think watching zajeff videos about xingqiu will convince you more than i can explain here 🤣
For me personally, theres only really 2 characters that belongs in the lowest tier with the release of furina and xianyun. With C6 Bennett any character that can be infused with pyro is enough to 36-star abyss (pyro kaveh unironically better than using his kit 😂). The 2 characters are Aloy and Amber, with Aloy definitely still the lowest of the low.
other chars thats in the lowest tier that in my opinion should not be in the lowest tier:
- Diona is a character that is the epitome of "jack of all trades, master of none"; Cryo shielder like Layla, Cyro healer like Charlotte but both being better at something than Diona. But this doesn't mean Diona is bad, its more so how the game is design towards niche's that makes her seem not good since she's always not the Best in Slot teammate for a specific purpose. She's just an "ok" option, not good and also not bad.
- Candace outside from xianyun teams & Furina mono teams, her other really good use is in a nilou bloom team from what i've heard. Basically a 4-star version of Ayato if you're using him with nilou. Again, she's not good, she's also not bad.
- Kaveh and Xinyan being claymore characters have slightly higher plunge multipliers, so they are unironically one of the better options than a lot of other units for xianyun vape/melt teams. Though you need C6 bennett for this scenario, this tier list ranks Gaming with his C6 in mind so its not unreasonable to assume their 'optimal' team is with C6 Bennett. This IMO makes them serviceable enough to not put them in the lowest tier.
- Ningguang you can argue still belongs in the lowest tier, but for me personally she deals enough at C6 in a Navia team so that she's actually doing a significant amount of damage. This is cause her playstyle functions a bit like navia, which theory crafters say navia needs, but the only problem is that ningguang is a 4-star (her kit is barely just enough so its worth switching on to her). Again the argument of being not good, but also not bad. she's just an ok teammate for navia. which for me is enough to not put her in the lowest tier.
These at the end of the are just my opinions, and this is just for fun. No need to take everything too seriously 😆
Saying xinyan has no dps outside of mono pyro is a lie bcus with xianyun she does a lot of plunge dmg. My suboptimal xinyan paired w my suboptimal xianyun does 60k plunges and her high pyro app on her ult let's furina to forward vape. My pseudo xinyan sunfire team (xinyan, xianyun, furina, jean) isn't close to be being optimal and can still clear 12-1 first half in under 40 sec. If i had a proper artifact set, better substats and better weapons on both xinyan and xianyun she'd do a lot more than 60k high plunges
Personally I think Kazuha eeks it out against Furina. His grouping is amazing and even tho Furina gives a humongous dmg bonus kazuha gives both a dmg bonus buff and 40 res shred. This next part is more my opinion I have no idea if this is accurate, pls correct me if I’m wrong. Kazuha can give enough dmg bonus for it to be relevant but not enough for it to give at least some diminishing returns. And because of this if I had to chose only one of them I stick with Kazuboi. Again if I’m wrong please correct me, like u I’m always open to enlightenment if I’m wrong about my takes.
i think choosing either kazuha or furina is really up to personal preference, so no you are not wrong, kazuha can easily still be #1 if you think so; kazuha does have one nice edge over furina, he has no competition whereas furina does (in yelan, for example)
i personally think furina is better because of her buffing quality, huge sub-DPS & she plays in a bunch of top teams right now & buffed a lot of lesser-loved units. but you would not be wrong in thinking kazuha > furina
Worth noting too that Kazuha's actual damage output can be quite high with sufficient investment in artifacts. He's a great buffer with EM but he also scales just fine with ADC, so the more of all of them that you get the harder and harder he hits. However, the same can kinda be said for Furina: Once you have her ER needs covered, you can dump HP and crit stats and make her pets even dumber.
Also this tier list is assuming R1 where I think Furina benefits more from Splendor than Kazuha benefits from Freedom-Sworn. FS is really nice and has great buffs but Kazuha can do a lot without it and in a lot of cases doesn't need it over running Fav or something (and if you have R5 Xiphos that's arguably superior in many teams), and it's like a 10% DPS increase over Iron Sting R1. Splendor is something like a 35% improvement on Fleuve Cendre Ferryman and 25% or so over Festering Desire. If we assume each can use their signature, Furina gets a ton from hers and Kazuha might not even want to use his!
I personally am gonna disagree with xiao and nilou being higher than raiden or zhongli as zhongli can be used in literally all teams whereas raiden also has great support and sub dps capabilities along with multiple team options while nilou only limits teams to dendro and hydro and xiao is a hyper carry so he only works with very good supports which are mostly 5* and c6 faruzhan only good f2p friendly option being bennet
I do feel like it is a bit unfair to also judge Standard banner 5* Characters at C0. Since it isn’t uncommon to have multiple copies. Yet on the other side, you can be unlucky and play since feb 2021 and still have no diluc (not that i need him but an example)
On the other hand i have a C3 Mona, C4 Tighnari and a C5 Jean. Some constellations are very decent and upgrade them a fair bit.
I personally think Tighnari should be a tier higher.
Personally i would also like to see lisa one tier higher. Does she have issues? Yes. Are they solved by using specific team members. Yes. Is this a valid argument. No. Do i care? No. She can hold TTDS, Proto amber, Def shred. And does decent damage. I really like her in aggravate teams
*says tignari is best standard banner character and decides to put him lower than diluc anyway 💀. But anyway considering tighnari dmg output in a aggrevate teams he performs better than alhaitham. I.e. his clearing time. Im starting to think this tier list is not meta list rather than your personal fav just saying lol

hey! sorry let me explain, this tier list was originally made for 4.3 but then some things happened which made me need to post it in 4.4. so i changed the TL, made changes to my notes, but this slipped past me. tighnari is one of the better choices, but not the BEST anymore with diluc! sorry about that
also i already said this is a NON-BIASED tier list, THEORYCRAFTERS have reviewed this list. EXPERIENCED ONES. if it was a favourites list, venti wouldn't be in niche tier & he'd be near the top & i'd move ayato to the very bottom. just because YOU disagree does NOT make this a biased list

Can't talk on lot of these because I don't have them but Ayaka next to Klee? And that's assuming mistsplitter and her best team?? I don't even agree she needs either, she does great whenever freeze works with amenoma or Fontaine craftable. The only teammate she really wants is Kazuha. I got ayaka by accident but I'm super happy with her, easy 36 stars.

@@Juice-chan I'm f2p and have been 36*-ing Abyss now for more than 2 Years with Ayaka(Aquila) and I never needed mistsplitter to clear. Also, no Kazuha but with Venti and Shenhe.
@@Juice-chan i disagree. Alot of tier lists are underevaluating Ayaka because of the rise of dendro, but her team is still very strong. The thing about Ayaka is her performance is night and day, depending on how comfortable and adept you are at using her teams. Mistsplitter is good sure, but you can easily 36 star the abyss with amenoma. She's better than half of the characters in the tier above her, and that's considering average performance. If you're considering a high investment C0R1 Ayaka with her premium team, she can easily be two tiers higher.

She is way stronger at C6 than a lot of people realize. Being a nerfed Cryo Nahida who is also a strong healer is still very good.

there's really no character you SHOULD pull for, but if it helps getting Kazuha still gives you a ton of value (for your second team most likely)
I’m only a minute in and I really like c6 diona in freeze / bloom teams. She gives massive EM buff in her field and even though nilou teams do better than freeze / bloom teams I feel like this is a decent option for fighting annoying enemies like those huge robots that wander all over the place. A typical team is something like nahida, yelan, xingqui, and diona and all you really need on diona is mild talent investment and instructors set and between nahida buff, diona field buff and instructors you can leave XQ and yelan on their normal builds and get decent bloom damage. I don’t have a Charolette, so I can’t compare for healing amount, but diona shield / field is strong enough combined with xingqui rain sword passive healing to stay healthy enough to clear floor 12 of abyss (depends on type of chambers, the current aoe ones are a joke this patch). Will most likely write second comment when finishing watching.

There is no enemy that you can just 'kill before it starts attacking' for the most part, even at very high investment levels. Meta tier lists for the mostly are for people looking to build teams for Abyss etc. If you give foolish advice like an extra buffer = one shotting the enemy, that can f up most people's rotations.

Eula is rated far too low IMO. In my experience she can generally 2 rotate most floors whether its boss or AoE in abyss for a 40s clear. This is very similar to ayakas performance level unless you're running some crazy ayaka cons/tech.
The biggest difference between the two is Eula is actually a lot less resource dependant in comparison. All Eula needs is Beacon/pines and furina whereas Ayaka really prefers her premium team.
My team for reference is Eula, Furina (fav), Dori (clam set/Fav), and rosaria (noblesse/fav). In most cases I end Eulas burst after 4-5 stacks since It'll still kill everything, and I can start a new rotation faster this way.

Furina is clunky and not fun before c6 (I wouldn't say, don't even have c1). I know that she can roll the numbers and her account value is great as a hydro character but tbh I don't like playing her. To wait untill your party loose their hp is jarring. And then you have only a few seconds to utilize her buff. Nouvilette is the true hydro archon. His hair shine!

The list is ass, xianyun is a niche support, xiao is not as good as lyney OR above navia, raiden AND hu tao?? Ayaka is on the same tier as klee and cyno?? And nilou bloom is REALLY situational 🤷🏻♂️ making her maybe mid-low high tier, lynette, dehya and ganyu in the same tier is also insane to me 💆♂️
Xiao is actually really strong rn thou ofc his team is very very expensive compared to Lyney and Navia. With best team he actually has faster clear time in the current abyss (not counting 2nd half cuz wenut) I can see why some would put xiao at the front assuming best team was available. That being said, i wouldnt be surprised at all if one were to rank lyney navia hutao above xiao.

Eula's Burst is extremely backloaded which has obvious issues, and I think that should could against her. However, I think she still ought to be tiered somewhat higher than her comparative performance in ideal situations would suggest just because while Physical is kinda niche, it still has noticeable applications -- like Abyss floors with enemies that have conflicting elemental resistances that stifle some setups a bit -- and if you're looking for the best Physical character, your options are Eula... or a bunch of terrible cope picks. She has no competition in her niche, and if you don't have her, you can't meaningfully do things in her niche. That should count for something.

you should generally not be playing bennett-eula, & that big 550k is still very low DPR overall because she deals it so slowly.
If this is a power tier list rating ayaka so low is stupid just because she wants other 5* doesnt mean shes bad and putting units that get good with one other unit like furina is bad cuz if you dont have her those charas are absolutely trash. Try playing diliuc without xianyun

i explain that the CONSISTENT ASSUMPTIONS for this tier list is C0R1 5*, WITH THEIR BEST TEAMS. i mention throughout the list how units like cyno would be so much lower if we were not assuming BIS teams. diluc is in his BIS team, i can't rank him lower because he is bad without xianyun, because then my list becomes inconsistent
i put ayaka low, because even at the level of investment that this TL is at, she is still mediocre in performance. she needs so much investment just to be OK. no BIS team or mistsplitter? she may as well be way lower!

1) People might just find Nilou teams boring, despite their effectiveness.
2) Nilou hasn't rerun in almost a year, so anyone who didn't pull her initially or on her rerun with Nahida (who probably got most of the pulls, let's be real) can't have her right now.
You have a hard time believing Diluc is better because your opinion has been influenced by past metas. Gaming and Diluc with Xianyun both smoke Ganyu especially, and can easily keep up and exceed Ayaka teams. It doesn't take more than a bit of research to get over prejudice.
nilou teams are very expensive & this team assumes C0R1 BIS team scenario, some also might just generally find her boring or overblow her ST issues so they skip her
also i love ganyu so much, & ayaka is cool, but the cryo meta has long since been gone & diluc with xianyun which is what this TL assumes is MUCH more powerful

I think she has too many energy issues to be used as a solo cryo, so she needs another cryo on her team. If she needs them, she can't be better than them.

For other characters that are higher than Ayaka on this tiers list when I already have them, I agree.

If you like playing as a character, you can use that character: it was glossed over in this video. Tier lists and rankings are not too important in this game compared to other gacha games.
Any character will clear all the story content: I got to AR 50 on Kaeya, Xiangling, Barbara, and Electro main character and you can see how low those characters ranked in the tier list!
The tier lists and most guides focus on Spiral Abyss floor 12 which unless you are grinding and spending like a mad person, will be something for you to think about in about 45 days or longer.

I havent rly played a lot of gacha games iv always played league so I only learned concepts like pity for instance yesterday and in this type of banners I believe it doesn’t reset to the next one? So yea don’t know, still he makes me remember so much of my favourite’s manhua mc that it’s hard to not think about getting but my team, I am ar 31 now, is lynette, Xiangling, yao yao and lisa, so I believe miko would be good here instead of Elise idk tho and I also like her off-field (I think that’s how you say it) playstyle

Sure an interruption resistance thats only active for 12 second, if it had 100 or even 90 percent uptime then she would be great, but she just doesnt and also has very poor pyro application, her burst doesnt even work with her kit, why not just use a shielder instead of dehya, what use? Like bro what use? You didnt even explain it in the video nor in that reply even if there is one there js much better units for that role, i can say the same for mona but her entire kit is just 100 times better the dmg buff she offers isnt something to dogshit on unliek dehya's interruption resistance, mona works in so much teams as a support just gets outclassed by others, that doesnt mean she is bad unlike dehya who is terrible at every aspect

All tier lists are shit, just pull characters you like. My biggest gripes were ayaka having a big boost from mitsplitter stated as a downside when it is their own tier list definition (also no she doesn't need her sig to be a good dps, final of the deep gave her a good f2p dmg boost since fontaine). And second Layla does buff dmg with her C4, so "no buffs at all" is literally fake news.
So yeah this tier list happens to suck a bit more than others.

Nah, he won't hit as hard because he's reactionless but is more consistent. His AoE is another massive difference.
@@Juice-chan Yes, but Diluc, Hu Tao and Gaming can vape or even melt their plunges, and the multiplicative damage is fairly higher than Xiao's pure anemo plunges. Xiao does have greater AOE but I believe that is a non factor in Abyss 12 content because extremely spread out mobs are very rare.
@@cosmicarmor2426 What does 'more consistent' even mean? Diluc/Gaming hit 300k plunges in pure C0 teams and can also perfectly synergize with C6 Bennett to completely negate skill/burst animations. Gaming can sometimes struggle to vape Furina hydro app, but Diluc doesn't. And if you go like an Ayaka cryo app team, you can dash cancel plunges and one rotate basically every single target boss, even with middling investment. The runs are out everywhere on YT.

@@Pepegaphone--As much as I respect the point you make, clearing content easily and building teams easily is a major part of the Genshin experience. Wriothesley at C0 is half a character and needs his C1 to be good (even then he doesn't compare to Neuvillette). Furina also makes so many comps possible by herself such that OP is absolutely correct in saying you lose a lot of value from an objective standpoint. Not everyone is a pure Wriothesley fanatic.

These tier lists aren't *wrong* in any way, in terms of relative power it's pretty clear cut.
The difference in Genshin is that B and lower tier characters are still *fine* there's almost no one I'd call too weak for the available content so long as they're moderately invested in.
I'll never tell someone that they should pick Yoimiya over Neuvillette if they just wanna clear content as easily as they can, but if someone wants to use Yoimiya or Wriothseley or Eula it's not like you're resigning yourself to never getting 36 stars.
