One of the winter soaps she made last year looked just like vanilla bean ice cream too.
So last June…June 2020…I ordered soap from Royalty Soaps. I was so excited and waited anxiously for the box. Well guess what I got in the mail today? That’s right the Canadian Post Office attached a note to my box that said, sorry we lost the box, but we found it a year later, here you go. Still excited to get the box even a year late . 🤣

would be great for a frosted soap rather than a slab for sure! my favorite ice cream toppings have always been whipped cream and sprinkles lol, never much of a chocolate sauce or cherry fan, but they're suuuuper cute from a design standpoint!
A series of ice cream sundae soaps would be fun. Hot Fudge Sundae. Banana Split. Caramel Fudge Sundae. Ice Cream Sandwich. Mixed Berry Sundae. That could be such a fun summer series next year.

The top of this soap makes me think of my 80s childhood: mainly Care Bears but also Rainbow Brite.
80s cartoons like Thundercats, Strawberry Shortcake, Care Bears and Rainbow Brite would be a really cool theme, but it predates Katie by a whole decade 😅

Chocolate, hands down! When I was little, I would scoop out all the chocolate layer, so anytime my family would take ice cream out, the only flavors left were vanilla and strawberry 😅

Katie, I cannot express how much I appreciate the fact that you make sure almost all of your soaps are vegan - to the extent of making sure even the tiny details like sprinkles are vegan as well. Most people don't even realize sprinkles aren't vegan because there aren't any obvious non vegan ingredients listed on the label. Seriously, thank you so much for being so thoughtful. 💜💜💜 It means the world to me!
I know that you enjoy having each layer smell like what it looks like. But it would be REALLY easy to get an actual vanilla smell, to the bar by mixing things up and putting the vanilla scent in the brown part. After all, there's no need to worry about turning brown brown, it's ALREADY brown. Then you could have the actual scents instead of using almond for your vanilla stripe.
Thankyou for making this beautiful content every week. in the past few years I moved across the country, away from my childhood home. Shortly after Covid happened just as I started in my new high school. I don't talk to anyone accept my family and I have no friends that aren't in a screen.
You help me get through the days when down in the dumps and while I'm still lonely, at least I can watch these videos and feel normal again

This video answered a question I had in the back of my brain about whether or not you could put different fragrances in different soap layers or if it would be a good idea to do so if you could. Now I know that you absolutely can and I will be drawing more soap designs with this in mind, so thanks for this video. 😊

I always ate the chocolate first then mixed the strawberry and vanilla together. It made like a strawberry cream flavor. Or I just mixed ‘em all together and just ate that.

If you do more ice cream soaps, it would be so cool if you did little sugar cones imbeds ! Or switch it up. Like you could do waffle cones, sugar cones, the classic cone, candy dipped cones, etc.

The still-liquid soap already look like pre-churn ice cream mixture. The finished product really look appetizing even if it should not be eaten.

As a kid, chocolate was my choice but I looooove strawberry now. Vanilla is also lovely if I'm in the mood to add some caramel on top but don't want it to be overly sweet. 💜
I've always loved the strawberry and vanilla best in Neapolitan ice creams, but until recently I had a mild strawberry allergy that I had to be careful about so for years I didn't eat it because I couldn't know if the ice creams had enough natural flavoring in them to make me sick. But in just the last year or so I seem to have grown out of the allergy because for the first time in over 20 years I can eat strawberries and natural strawberry flavoring without getting sick! So the strawberry part is once again my favorite!

I like to let it melt a little and mix all three layers together. Such a good combo. Like a chocolate-covered strawberry dipped in vanilla cream.

Soap frosting would have made this design so much better in my opinion!!!! The all white soap frosting could be the cool whip on top, and also add the sprinkles and holo to it as well!!!!

To make this extra - next time you could do a single piped blob(large as possible of the three colors and then put an upside down icecream cone embed on it sitting to one side THEN KEEP THE SPRINKLES. Just an idea to further this design seen as so many people love it 😍 a high top version take would be really awesome.

In a Neapolitan ice cream SANDWICH, the strawberry and chocolate part is my favorite but in just regular Neapolitan, vanilla is my favorite 😌
I genuinely cannot get over how much the chocolate layer looked like melted chocolate, and the vanilla and strawberry layers looked so much like melted ice cream.

Well when I was a kid we always mixed our Neapolitan as fast as we could but now that I'm this sophisticated adult....you start with strawberry and graze the chocolate and heaven. Vanilla is more or less a palette cleanser at this point

I used to not be a strawberry ice cream fan, but I like it a lot more lately, especially the one with strawberry bits in it but my fav out of all 3 is probably chocolate
