Each day I try my best to spend some time in my little studio and do something creative, mostly knitting or crochet.
I truly appreciate the fact that I've got this little room dedicated to my art.

It's true that knitting and crochet help us relax, release stress and anxiety, and give us the opportunity to enter into a meditative state of mind.

Crochet is a wonderful way to be creative, while making beautiful things for ourselves and the people we love!
Also, it's a very relaxing process, which gives us the opportunity to get into a meditative state of mind and helps us release stress and anxiety.
That's why I decided to create a series of "how to crochet" videos for beginners.
Either you are a man or a woman... Either you are 8 years old or 98... It really doesn't matter! Whoever you are, you can learn how to crochet!
You don't need much time, just a few hours per week will be enough!
You don't need a special place, a studio, a craft room... Your favorite cozy corner of your home will be the perfect place to start with the crochet lessons!
You don't need fancy tools, 800 crochet hooks and a room full of yarn.
The only thing you really need is to be willing to learn the art of crochet! That's it!
There is no need to hurry! Take it slow! Enjoy the process! Learn the basic techniques and then let your imagination lead you! Trust yourself and get creative! Allow yourself to make mistakes and learn from them! Don't give up when you face a challenge! Persist! And always be gentle with yourself! Don't hesitate to experiment with new techniques, new tools, various materials!
Just have fun crocheting!!! It can be such an amazing, relaxing and fun activity!
So let's do this together! I'll be creating a series of videos to help you learn the art of crochet! And if you decided to learn with me, I would appreciate it so much!

Very relaxing video. You and I share a style of crocheting, almost exactly; from the way we hold our hook, to the way we work our yarn, to the ballet of our hands. I enjoyed seeing the slow fluid movements and the comforting feeling of your work area. I lost my crojo 6 months ago with an illness, have been longing for it back. Maybe finding your channel was serendipity. Thank you.

Hello! Thank you very much for the kind words! I'm happy that you like my videos! The pattern is very simple. I'm just doing half double crochet stitches (hdc) in the round. I'm using a 10mm crochet hook. If you have more questions, feel free to ask me! ❤️

Make a chain as long as you want. Join the two ends together and start making hdc stitches in each chain, as you work in the round. 😊 Stay creative! And have fun!!
