- This week we found one of our favourite things to find (if not THE favourite thing to find) We also found it in the snow which seemed very appropriate! Kate also reconstructs one of her finds and we show our ink bottle collection. Hope you enjoy! :)

No apologies ladies. You guys are amazing we will take you with wind and rain and in the sun too! ❤️
(And on a train, and on a boat and with a goat or with a fox or in a box… we’ll take you here, we’ll take you there, we will take you anywhere! We do so love our Kit & Caboodlers! Oodles and oodles and oodles and OODLES!) 😅😘
The sound of the wind is a good reminder that you are outdoors 'in the elements ' and only adds to the viewers' experience. I love it. Thanks again for a relaxing outing. Excellent fun.
Mum and Kate, with your gifted crafting, you give many misfit toys a chance to be loved again after being discarded by their original owners! Thanks from Washington state USA 😊
Dont worry about the wind- it took nothing away from hearing the glee and delight in your voices when you found the Frozen Charlotte. Great video! :)
One of the reasons that I like watching the crafting and round up portions of the videos is the dialogue regarding the found item. The other reason is that there is something so soothing about hearing the various materials being handled and gently clanked around. Very visually tactile. It’s the same reason why I enjoy the editing in of various nature shots like raindrops on leaves or the water washing over mermaids’ purses and seaweed. You can almost feel the heavy air and smell the soil and sand.
Beautiful wallpaper behind those bottles! I have no idea how the Josie and Andy (the Mudpies’ channel) and Alex and Gail (the Northern Mudlarks’ channel) get their bottles so spotlessly clean! I rather like them all cloudy and weathered, but I also enjoy when they look brand-new. Kind of gives you the picture of seeing them how they would have looked over a hundred fifty years ago. Either way, they are all precious, because they have been saved from being smashed by the rocks, river bends and rubbish heaps! 🥰
I AM SO SO PLEASED FOR YOU BOTH! A frozen Charlotte, wow!!! Don’t apologise for the sound girls. It happens. X
The high point of my weekend is always your latest adventure.
I live in Central Nebraska, and one day last week in the period of a couple hours we had showers featuring a different kind of snow each time! It gets pretty windy here, too, so that doesn’t bother me. I enjoy your wonderful discoveries, your enthusiasm and the joy you find with each other. Cherish that mother/daughter relationship! Your delight with each frozen Charlotte is a hoot! Personally, your ink bottle discoveries are my favorites. Thanks so much for interesting entertainment every Sunday.
Thank you :)
Lady with her new head is priceless. Sunny must be happy to come outdoors again. Hug him for me. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Fleur, this proved that wearing your glasses while mudlarking is the best -- you spotted that Frozen Charlotte from 100 paces!!
:):) :)
I didn’t realize how large sunny cat was until I saw him next to Kate’s head, wow he is a big boy.
He is a big cat :)
No worries on the background wind, ladies 👍🏻. I think we all were so excited 🤸🏻♂️👏🏻 about you finding a frozen Charlotte and mesmerized watching you free from her muddy confines ☺️. Simply a fascinating collection of ink wells😮😯. So many different shapes 🙌🏻.
I think your head matching on your crafting figurine was really spot on, Miss Kate 🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻. And I really like the "spoonige", Fleur👍🏻. Could make a good paddle for a little boat or 🛶 canoe 🤔.
Truly hope your family and friends are enjoying abit more freedom and wiggle room to get out and about👍🏻.
Remain safe and healthy. And take care, my sister-friends. ☺️🤗🤭😘
Thank you Juliet :)
I don't mind the wind when I know how excited you both get over your finds.
Whilst the frozen Charlotte is a great find, I really like the little bird on the piece of china. It would make a lovely necklace. Your ink pot collection is amazing too.
Such sweet finds, not sure I would ever want to leave that beach! Of course the Frozen Charlotte has to be our favourite too :) Really enjoyed seeing your inkwell collection - fingers crossed maybe you'll find a birdcage or cottage ink! Much love, Nicole & Craig
We would love to find a figural ink! :)
“And this is a Chicken’s bottom” made me giggle 😄 a delightful video w/ delightful finds. Your fix for the headless figurine was brilliant! Happy Mother’s Day! 🌸
😁
The lovely lady in the craft reminds me of Mother Ginger from The Nutcracker. Seeing Fleur with her Frozen Charlotte - priceless.
I love the excitement during the frozen Charlotte find, so enjoyable even with the wind noise. I love your videos.
No worries about the sound. I could still hear your joy.🇨🇦☮️
The head you attached to the figurine was perfect. It really looks like it belongs to the original body.
I love seeing your cat, Sunny, in the videos. He reminds me of a cat I once had named Ace, who was also gray with green eyes.
I have a ginger cat now, and her name is, Sunny ☀️
Sunny says hi Sunny :)
Kate you are becoming quite an artist at restoring broken figures. I love the figurine. Great job
I just love your rebuild of the “dump lady” figurine! Her new head is absolutely perfect! She looks like a “bag lady” of our times.
Enjoyed your ink well collection! (and frozen Charlotte’s) Thanks for sharing!
Ha love the idea she is a bag lady of our times :)
Do NOT worry about the sound, you don't have control of the wind. You found some wonderful things, the Frozen Charlotte and the Y typeface are my favorites. Thank you for another wonderful escape ladies. Have a great week.
Fleur that piece of tableware you found near the beginning looked like part of a butter serving knife.
I always enjoy your videos and it's not a problem about the wind noise. It was like being there. Love the little frozen Charlotte and the little peg with the round top after the blue and white base, looked like a spaceman lol lovely video thank you. Enjoy your week
:) :) :)
On my part don't worry about the wind. Just don't blow away, or get sick.
So exciting finding a Frozen Charlotte that not damaged ❤️
Eyebrows...arms...AND a “pert bottom!” Many, many congratulations from 🇨🇦 on this awesome, teensy-weensy find!!! Fleur, wearing those glasses really paid off! Hooray for you two!!!

Your video offerings are so wonderfully enjoyable. In this day and age with the world so crazy and up side down I think to myself, "What shall I do to relax? Watch the news? Or ... layback with my Sunday evening edition of Kit and Caboodlers? Hummmm?"
:):) :)
That's a great hat ;you and the frozen Charlotte would make a great photo and the end screen photo both treasures
Thank you :)
This past week, we had an April snow that covered the ground.
I'm in KY as well and what a strange day of snow it was! 💜

I just love watching your films. No need to apologize. Wonderful finds!!
Don't worry for the wind, it's ok! We understand... Though, it's on lower frequencies than your voices, so I bet it could have been reduced or suppressed. If this problem happen again, just let me know, and I'll give it a try! Loved the video as always! Well done!
Congratulations Fleur on your excellent Frozen Charlotte find. :-D And, great job Kate on your rebuild. She came out perfect! Thanks for sharing your ink bottle collection. I loved seeing them all together like that. ♥♥
Sunnycat is such a sweetie❤
Congratulations on the tiny Frozen Charlotte, Fleur! Interesting how close in size 3 of them are. Beautiful job on the taper holder, Kate! Enjoyed this very much. Have a wonderful week!
the figurine could be Sairy Gamp a Dickens Character.
i love it when you play Mary Shelley
:) :) :)
The repair turned out fabulously.
I love your frozen Charlotte , The excitement is almost as great as the find🇨🇦❤️
The statue looks like Emily Carr who had many little strange animals she took everywhere, including a monkey!
A lovely frozen Charlotte, what a beauty and the figurine looked amazing. You never need to apologise, these things happen like wind and camera malfunctions, we're all human.
Don't worry, it's only wind 😉 no matter what, we love your videos ❤️

I have a couple and they are so sweet Love them 💕💖
You can do nothing about the wind. Don't worry about it. It happens. I remember when I was growing up in Oregon, we would get snow a few times in April. Fun! Excited for you Fleur. To find something for the first time and it be intact is so cool. I liked the craft. you are so talented Kate. I really enjoyed the video ladies. All of your finds were great to see.
Thank you :)
The wind didn’t bother me....... ❤️👍
Ink bottles are all amazingly beautiful! Such amazing finds. Just love you guys.
I think the lady figurine would have been a posy pot or for displaying one flower xx Its absolutely beautiful. Loving you crafts x
Love the restoration, really well done. And founding such a complete frozen Charlotte 😍😍😍 Wonderful
some times it's difficult to watch, wiping dump dirt off broken glass without gloves is mind blowing. You use your hands to make jewelry protect them.
yeay.... that's so fab F.C. and your happiness is infectious, Love you guys x
So enjoyed regardless of the difficulty with the camera. Thanks.
Love your little make over of the figurine, I call the market lady, turned out wonderful. Obviously the star of the show was, the Frozen Charlotte. This is what first brought me to subscribe to your vlog, wanting more information, and history on the Charlotte. I fell in love with all of you, and stayed on. You can't change mother nature, no apologies needed for the wind, she does as she pleases.
Thank you so much!
Congratulations on the frozen Charlotte!!
I love your frozen Charlotte collection! Your ink bottle collection is beautiful too. Thanks for taking me along on your adventures.
Thank you so much!
Your videos make me so darn happy ❤️
Another frozen Charlotte! So lucky! Cracking job on the figurine Kate 😀 x (if you soak that weight in white vinegar or lemon juice for a few days the acid should remove most of the crud) x
It was a great adventure it makes me feel like I was there! I enjoyed your finds especially the frozen Charlotte love 💕 what you crafted
Wonderful video. What you consider not finding much is still beautiful with your filming and a joy to watch.
Congratulations on your frozen Charlotte! And wind
happens 💙
Loved the craft and seeing the ink collection! No worry about the wind!
I love seeing the ink bottle collection! Have a great week, stay healthy and safe!
Thank you for sharing your ink bottle collection. You have great variety in all the sorts you have collected. Looking forward to seeing the blue or green one you find. So excited that you found an intact Charlotte after we saw all those headless bodies.
There was another green gem right by the one you picked up. I was wishing I could get your attention so much. Someday we will be able to follow you in your adventures and call things to your attention that you miss. Wouldn't that be fun...
I could sit on that beach all day looking for little bits of metal pieces and other things. If I were with you then you might have to drag me away as I say "Just 5 More Minutes Please". LOL
You both have been keeping me going. Much love. X
You never need to say sorry for a bit of wind! Nobody will mind that in the slightest! Happy days with you frozen Charlotte find!! Love to watch you guys so inspiring xxx
Wonderful rebuild on the candle/taper/match holder. Congratulations on the lovely frozen Charlotte. You two did well for not being dressed for the cold. You need to be like Canadians in the Spring: We layer clothing, just in case the temperature changes. :) As usual, Sunny Cat was a star! Sooo handsome. :) Take care & stay safe, & I'll see you next time.
I think the head was a perfect match 👍💕💕💕💕
Strangely it really was haha :)
I've Always wondered why this beach is covered in things ❤️
It is the site of an old brick works. They use to fill the holes with rubbish :)
@@MudlarkingWithKitCaboodlers amazing to know thanks so much ❤️
What a lovely outing and oh my the finds!!! I love the tiny bird piece of pottery, and it's simply crazy that the Frozen Charlotte was intact. As always your crafting was amazing! Thanks so much for sharing. I can't wait for the next video:)
