Review of my glock 43 everyday CCW!
I just bought one and I love it
THX for the informative video! Great camera layout, & clear audio..
This is my edc, fits nicely in appendix carry with the Advanced Holster GL-2, noticeable, but not at all uncomfortable. Added a Pearce Grip Extension to replace the flat bottom and will get another to replace the extended grip end on the other mag.
I have the Vickers tactical G43 for carry and love it.
Best gun i have ever owned, use it for CCW with the Taran Tactical plus 1 baseplate that you showed there and for home defense with the plus 3 extension, as a civilian the only gun i will ever need, unless there is a zombie apocalypse, then i have a Glock 17 and AR15 waiting in the gun safe.

I purchased the glock 43 on Black Friday. I also had issues with the trigger pinching my finger. I love the gun so I changed out the trigger shoe and it’s good now. Great review also watched the other it had great info for new owners like myself.

What trigger did you put on?
Nice review. I, too, like the G43 as a CCW. I added a Pierce base plate extender to the magazine which gave me a place for my pinky. Got it off Ebay for under $10. I chose not to add a +1 or +2 to the round count, instead just increasing the base plate length because I didn't want to take a chance on doing anything that could potentially jeopardize the spring or feeding ammo. That's just a personal thing. Looking forward to your next video with the G43.
@ColtDeltaElite10mm yes sir. That's why I didn't want to change the spring tension. I read somewhere that magazines are designed by the manufacturer to work flawlessly within design tolerances. By adding a +1, etc...I just altered the way it was designed to work. I've heard of people changing the springs, but now you're getting into even more tampering with the design. I'm like you, I'll stick to 6+1 (stock) with another 6 round magazine in my pocket, just in case. Thank you for letting me know what you experienced. It just reinforced my original thoughts. imagine Shield create 10 rd mag for G43 as the way they created the 15 rd mag for G43x , that will be super cool

I can relate with the trigger issue. Last time I went to the range, I had a blister on my finger when I left. Other than that, no complaints. I love my 43. The first thing I did, same day I bought the gun, was ditch the factory sights, and put on AmeriGlo HD tritium sights, Pierce +1 extensions on both mags, a new slide backplate with a design, and an extended slide lock. Considering a different trigger, just to have a smooth trigger for shooting when at the range. Not gonna mess with the disconnect bar or anything to bring the trigger pull down. You don't want a carry gun with a weak trigger pull.
I recommend the Apex tactical carry/duty trigger for the 43. My friend put one on his and it's great I put one on my shield and it works great my groups improved. I'm getting one my my 19 here soon

Just get some ameriglo night sights and it would be perfect there easy to put on if you have a glock sight tool

I know this gun is excellent because everywhere you look, its out of stock. I have one already I just like looking around. COVID19 doesn't help...

Uh, that is a +1 baseplate you got there and you said it does not add a round. I have ran those before, the Pearce +1 is WAY better. It is lighter and has a pinky rest extension.
Want something bigger then the 26 but smaller then 19 recommendations anyone?
