I like the process you are going through. We redesigned the first floor of our daughter's home into a Living Space this year(it will eventually become an AirBnB rental.), so we've been through it on a smaller scale.

We put windows in a house in 2005 and it was $2500. We got a quote from Pella for our new house (1800 Sq ft) and it was $44000. Blew our mind. We did get another quote for only $17k. We were blessed to buy at the high of the Covid bubble and still buy a house that just 2 yrs later has increased by almost $100k.
Beautiful property and you guys have done some great things to it. Can't wait to see what else you will do with it. Love it that you have such a nice space to run your ebay operation too. We live and own properties down in SWFL. The ones with land need a lot of work but it's so worth it having land. One thing to consider if you have to cut down or trim back any more trees is to have it mulched instead of burning it, and you can put the mulch where it's needed around your property. That's what we plan on doing. Everything is a work in progress but all so exciting.

My house in the UK is worth about £750k for a 4 bedroom house with a third of an acre of garden - it is really expensive here. Perfect timing on this video, was curious about all the numbers on the property stuff and the foam insulation specifically. We might be using closed cell foam for the mobile home renovations on the crawlspace under floor area. How much was the insulation per wall foot? =) Thanks guys!

I would add a small quanset hut type shelter with the weather getting worse yearly, they are strong and not too expensive... I want one or two! Stay strong! Chickens & goats?

Our project will cost about 300k cad or 200k usd, and once the permit has been approved we have 3 years to complete the project. We are planning to add about 3,000 sq ft! Have a great weekend!
