- 5 Vitamins For Varicose Veins and Venous Insufficiency.
In this video, we explore the most effective remedies for varicose veins and venous insufficiency in the form of nutritional supplements. Veins pump blood back to the heart, but if their outer walls get damaged, blood can begin to backflow, causing the formation of varicose veins and spider veins.
Although surgical options are available, such as stripping and ligation, there are supplements and exercises that you can do to repair the collagen and valves within the veins, so that they can better pump blood back toward your heart.
Today, we look at the safest remedies for varicose veins, including red vine leaf extract, nattokinase, horse chestnut extract, diosmin and hesperidin, and concentrated acerola cherry powder. These natural remedies improve circulation through the veins by strengthening the tone of the collagen matrix, preventing deep vein thrombosis, and reducing the swelling and inflammation of the legs.

Good morning my friends. This latest video covers the topic of weakened veins (venous insufficiency), which causes problems like varicose veins, spider veins and edema in the legs and feet. The walls of the veins tend to get weaker with age because of high estrogen levels, or more notably a deficiency in live flavonoids and Vitamin C. I put an emphasis of natural, herbal supplements today which contain flavonoids to restore the vein walls to get circulation working again in the legs. I also must emphasize, veins do not pump blood properly without muscle activation, so you must start moving your body more to help heal the veins, especially if you stand or sit a lot all day. Exercise is your #1 priority, before supplements. All the best - Ryan & Hannah. 💚
Thank you so much for this information. 💙
@@user-qt5jc1qc6n You are welcome 😊
Well worth listening: Red vine leaf extract. Nattokinase. Horse Chestnut Extract. Diosmin & Hesperidin. Acerola Cherry.
Thank You !!!
thank you
In the Northern hemisphere, when the chestnut trees drop their leaves in autumn, take a bag, go for a walk in the park and collect some of the brown leaves from the ground. Back at home, hang the bag on the heating radiator or spread the leaves on it to dry completely overnight and then keep them in your kitchen. Make tea with a leaf every now and then. It lasts very long. Put a tablespoon of that cold tea in anything you drink. It costs you nothing but it works absolute wonders! A tablespoon of it when you get the flu will stop it in its tracks overnight too.
Thanks so much for sharing much appreciated ❤
I’ve had good results with daily massaging Castor oil on my veins too.
Love castor oil !
What brand castor oil
How did you apply the castor oil and for what period of time was it used before any results was noticed?

I've been dealing with venous insufficiency for a couple of decades now. Been sporting compression socks since my 20s! I'm on again off again with supplements and eating habits. My legs dont look too bad, but I am self-conscious of them. Think I am going to up my supplement game. When I am eating better I always notice a lightness to my legs. This info is spot on👍

Thank you for your work, I have a question, is it true that compression stocking are not recommanded for diabétics ? Do you have any recommandation ? Thank you
You have great videos.
I do though feel like the basis for your videos are videos that Dr Berg has already done.
Ryan, would you discuss differences between CLA conjugated linoleic acid. ALA alpha linoleic acid.GLA gamma linoleic acid.and differences between linoleic acid and linolenic acid. So confusing..🥺
Thanks, can you do one for arterial now? I have PAD. Pycnogenol, Niacin, Gota Kula?
Symptoms of PAD?
Can we use horse Chestnut extract in powder form in milk or any other drink?
Can you take nattokinasa if you ate allergic to soya?
I wonder if collagen and HA could help?
Or perhaps cayenne and raw cacao which msy help venous elasticity and dilation?
Yes, both collagen and hyaluronic acid provide raw materials for the skins structure and moisture. But with varicose veins more co-factors are needed such as the flavanoids I shared here. These are always found in leaves, peels, fruits and veggies. 💚
Thanks for this great video. The supplements you suggested include combined products such as the Veinfactors and the Vein Supreme. Can that be taken alone or do all the other products have to be taken too? It's quite a lot.
No, you don't have to take all of them. Just choose 1💚
Oh okay thank you.👋
Can i take these supplements when i have hypothyroidism
Please make a video of title: "Food contains STEM CELLS" before upload on Ryan Taylor (Natural Remedies) CZcams channel.
Could you please suggest a good brand of red vine leaf extract?
Red Vine Leaf Extract amzn.to/4cGh731
Can we take soya beans instead of nattokinase?
No, generally soy beans are estrogenic and may make the veins worse. They have to be fermented to make 'Natto' which would be ideal, but not regular soy.
I haven taken nattokinase and serrapitase on and off. I hv stomach problems each time i hv taken those 2 for a week or so empty stomach. The feeling is my stomach become sensitive to food, as if the nattokinase and serrapitase made my stomach internal surface thin out.
I am thinking of taking both with foods or castor oil to protect my stomach.
If it's a bit too harsh for you, focus on upping your real Vitamin C intake from whole vegetables and fruits raw. Blended whole lemons including the peel are very effective and cheap too. 💚
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemediesbut they have to be organic. No way I will eat lemonpeels if they are not organic.

Thanks a lot for your very kind reply and advice! On and off I have taken lemon peels. It helps my digestion. I have modified citrus pectin, wonder if it cud be similar to lemon peels...
Perhaps will take more of then.
Again, thank you for the kind advice!

High estrogen??? When you are menopausal? How can that be?
Yes, during menopause. They fluctuate up and down, progesterone does the same. The results sometimes show low estrogen they weigh it against progesterone, but progesterone drops too, resulting in both dropping causing symptoms.
PLEASE, be careful NOT to use ANY of these Supplements w/o first learning of the Side Effects AND ONLY using ONE of them f/ at least 30 Days. Then, alternate to another of the Supplements, w/o Combining w/ another.
