  • PCBs are usually composed of 30% metallic materials (copper) and 70% non-metallic materials (resin). As a kind of hazardous E-Waste, they contain organic matter, chemical residues and heavy metal elements, which can seriously damage the environment and human health if not recycled correctly.
This video shows our latest PCB recycling line, which consists of two parts: PCB disassembly and motherboards shredding and sorting line. The dismantling machine can remove electronic components from the PCB. The motherboard separation line crushes the PCB in three stages and then separates copper and non-metals.

how about other metals like silver, lead, maybe gold, palladium and platinum?

Precious metals are mainly found in chips and components. We have equipment specifically designed to extract precious metals from e-waste.

Looks like lots of brass in the copper fines.

The PCB is made of pure copper (electrolytic copper). Recycling copper in PCB can bring good economic benefits, and many customers use these scrap copper powder to re-produce electrolytic copper.
