lots of e-waste, and nice equipment to remove component very interesting..
great job. But you should go back on those older boards with the large IC chips and pull those off. Really old IC's especially those big ones hold significant amounts of gold compared to newer chips.

There was a show a number of years back where they showed families cutting up the IC boards and then melting them in a wok. They then showed the family making their evening meal in the same wok.

Работаю с такими платами и понимаю какойже это труд всё это произвести и вот таким способом взять и весь труд обнулить... трудно на это смотреть просто...
Пока я страдаю из за недостатка радиокомпонентов они вона чё вытворяют... эх а ведь можнобыло их ещё поэксплуатировать, чисто ради хобби.
Чего? :) к любой помойке подойди, там телеки выбрасывают. Бери, разбирай :) вот тебе и детали. На крайняк, любая контора продаст старый хлам.
А данная технология, абсолютно бесполезна. Платы необходимо полностью измельчать, чтобы получать полный набор металлов.

@@wenom861 Видимо нет средств на такое оборудование. Измельчить, пропустить через отпариватель с кислотой, потом промыть :) и получить медь с плат с помощью электролиза. Такое могут только развитые страны.

Interesting fire cooking tumbler invention for the circuit boards. That toxic smoke must be astoundingly gross to be near it. I realize it's not my place to say this but the owner of that business needs to supply some decent welders masks and rubber gloves for the guys burning and sorting out all those pieces and parts because the toxicity in them is off the charts and they're absorbing those chemicals through their breath and skin.
I felt like I was getting cancer through the screen.
After watching this video, I wonder why Canada is on board for a carbon tax?!?
This is why the Chinese ended up banning the import of e-waste - they calculated that the costs of mitigating the environmental and health damage caused by these sort of processes considerably exceeded the value of the materials recovered.

Unbelievable- after all the messing about 'cooking' the boards and then still having chips left on the half burnt boards and picking them off THEN sorting all the burnt/damaged chips etc at the end IT would of been easier just go through each board pulling off the relevant pieces!
