I love how he says close first and the process also eliminates some customers which lines up with what you say Dan about difficult buyers and is a great way to get rid of them and only deal with affluent or sophisticated buyers who are serious about buying and not a difficult or cheap customer who just wants to go window shopping or try to have you negotiating prices or offers.

As a nurse, I can relate to Ryan's commitment to "the process". I also feel as if I need to "sell myself" with every patient. My process with every new patient is to ease their anxiety by letting them know what to expect during my 12hr shift. Any conflicts are met with compromises. Once they realize that I respect their needs & wants, I earn their trust and it makes my shift go much easier. I loved it, even though it didn't make me very popular being that I was in a toxic work culture surrounded by people who prioritize their egos over results. Thanks for the video!!!
