    That Bay liner looks like a lot of fun. Lots of go, easy to tow and stow. Well done on the video... The following drone footage is cool to watch.

    Well done! Been looking at either the M15 or 17.

      I looked at both as well and the 15 was just too limiting on the payload/person capacity. Basically a small family and no friends and you are at capacity. Even the 17 has a 7 person max, but thats workable.

    Nice video, you said the top speed was 35 with the 90 hp motor? Is the front sun lounge large enough for a 5’10 adult to lay out?

    • @highlife342
      @highlife342  Před rokem

      Yes, 35-38 is top speed depending on weight and conditions. The front is just big enough for that yes, but the back is wider if willing to lay across the back bench if at anchor.

    This thing destroys the Tahoe T18.

    Maybe in California it’s $31k but anywhere else it’s not $31k

      Does that imply cheaper elsewhere? I'd be curious. Prices seem to fluctuate greatly from year to year also.

      I just visited bayliner website and did a "build" of this boat with pretty much everything but the fishing package and the price is 33,000. Taxes and deal fees apply. :)

    That's a lot of boat for 90hp.

    But it's a bayliner.

      I did alot of research on Bayliner, and the company gets an unfortunate bad rap for a few reasons. For one, often the boaters that purchase a budget boat dont know how to take care of the equipment and maintain it. Any boat will have problems if you operate it improperly and don't spend the money maintaining it. In the early years, bayliner had a different construction method, which since has vastly improved. Another reason linked to boaters on a budget, it's vastly understated about the importantce of keeping a boat stored properly. If left uncovered in a storage yard because it's the cheap option, yes that will tear apart the best of boats prematurely. So all in all, I think its is a good build quality for the price point. Just food for thought.

      They have made huge improvements over the last 20 years
