So the reason the Judiciary gives conflicting Judgment because the system is bad, but the system is bad because the judiciary makes conflicting judgment . I wonder, I just wonder 💭
Suswam failed to tell the anchorers that his victory at rhe tribunal was questionable and the juges were divided and passed different judgements. Suswam bought his victory at the tribunal and we all in Benue told him his bought victory will not sustain at rhe appeal court.
What are the infrastructures you put on ground? You left office owing over 7 months salaries across board and 30 months of pensions with no gratuities paid from 2007-2015
This is becoming serious, so inec cannot do the right things by conducting credible elections, everyone is going to court there's nothing like people's mandate anymore in the estate called Nigeria. I weep for this British estate called Nigeria, so if not the other man took this so called suswam to the court his people's mandates would have taken away from him, decayed system Nigeria continue.
Nigerian journalists sometimes demonstrate the same degree of ignorance exhibited by political thugs. This man has just been removed as a senator by the court, yet every one of these journalists addressed him as “Senator”, which basically is a countering of the appellate court’s decision?
@@yagamwazidon Suswan wasn’t a senator in the eyes of the law, that is the implication of the nullification of his election. The average Joe may not understand that concept but three veteran journalists don’t understand that too?
@@jewelofnashville1726 Unless he was a senator before his current senatorial seat’s nullification, he was not “once a senator” as far as the law is concerned. Even if he was a senator anytime before now, the proper way of addressing him is with the qualifier, “former senator or former governor”. Journalists have the responsibility of redirecting ordinary citizens to malapropism of this sort, not perpetuating it.
Arise reporters, always check your facts before reporting. Emmanuel Udende was the sworn-in senator and not Suswan but the tribunal upturned the result by declaring Suswan the winner, citing over-voting. However, the court of appeal held that it was actually APC's Udende who won. That's the case here. Or is this gaff as a result of some of you guys not wanting to see any APC person victorious?
Blaming the followers is quite ingenious. Ask Peter Obi about leadership and moving a state forward. The followers will ALWAYS go for good leadership. Good, he mentioned Benue as an agrarian state, but what did he do with this for 8 years. You guys have all failed and should be ashamed of talking
Arise please stop giving these kind of people chance to come here and lie!! He didn't do anything for that state. It is only in Nigeria that I see governor's not creating jobs!!
In comparison to other African countries like Ghana or Sierra Leonne, Nigeria has the highest number of prostitutes by country of origin: over 70 percent of prostitutes in Italy are from Nigeria, Africa's most populous country.
Ask the senator what did he do as a serving governor of Benue state , He didn't do any thing , which road did he do .
Suswan really worked. I can testify.
At least he is better than all the governor's in benue
From his statement on the interpretation of the law by judges, it's like the interpretation of the Bible by various men of God.
When u mix political ignorance with unyielding arrogance what you get is political blindness

Ayo and her diction…superb!!✅
I’m from Benue, we have never had a good governor
No industry and none was created
He deserved to be sacked with no sympathy. APC and Buhari did so badly that they didn’t deserve to be seen in any office ago.

Dr Abati is great with diplomatical approach unlike the animal anatomist
You just hate the truth and that's why Nigerians will continue to wallow in poverty

Once a senator always a senator. They were right to address him as senator

@Zaramoku u are missing it. Once a senator always one. Once a governor, always an excellency.

In essence you didn’t do anything. Remain sacked ok; bye.
Keep lying Suswan
YOU ARE DUMPED, IF WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS CORRECT, THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO HAVE AN APPEAL COURT.
He looted, that was why he has no confidence on his self. Suswan is a rouge.
