The message here is very clear; Akume uses his influence to undermine any Governor until they bend the knee in service to him. He has decided that Benue is his own little fiefdom.

The Benue story is that of working for the emergence of a Governor who then abandoned all his Comrades-in-Arms for enemies and anti-party agents.
Before and during election, we were valuable assets, after election, we are no longer needed and useful?
Some of us faced gunshots and death and spilled our bloods to stop PDP from rigging Alia's election.
But the Governor abandoned us and appointed people from Labour Party and PDP. Even the Bible says a laborer is worthy of his wages. This has nothing to do with Akume.

APC's party leadership is different. Buhari was the president and Tinubu was the leader of the party in Nigeria. Tinubu has been the leader of the party in Lagos even with Fashola, Ambode and Sanwolu. Akume is the leader of the party in Benue State. Till he dies!

Alia is more interested in power than governance. He boasts about payment of salaries and pensions. The question to ask is, who is not paying salaries and pensions since the beginning of the Tinubu administration? If you ask Alia the SGF's offence since he became governor, I bet you, he wouldn't be able to say anything that the SGF has done to him directly. There are people around Alia that have been aggrieved over the years with the SGF, over their inability to either get his support for election when they thought they stood the best chance or his preference for other candidates which is normal for a human being to prefer one thing to another. These people are using Alia, who is a political neophyte, to fight AKUME. They have boasted about it. Some of them have vowed to erase the name of AKUME from Benue state in the next 8years. How that is possible is what we await to see. Alia got the party's ticket in the most dishonourable way and singlehandedly made possible by AKUME, who insisted the choice of the governorship candidate must be determined by the masses. He accepted the choice of the masses but of course realized the choice wouldn't emerge through indirect primaries because of other candidates involved, who were more competent, experienced and more wealthy. He accepted Alia and gave the most support to ensure the illegal direct primaries that was conducted stood every legal resistance. Alia is not being sincere, and of course the forces around him that are making sure he loses focus on governance are overwhelming. He is more interested in 2027 than now. I wonder his fear; the fear created by the people around him

@@les_crow please help me ask him.
Akume wants to spoil Fr Alia's govt so that he will be more popular than Fr Alia in 2031; Fr Alia's good governance in one-year has disgraced all the governors since 1999

Let me ask you Mr Man it must be for a reason Akume always fall out with his benefactor. Why did he fell out with Suswam, Ortom and now Alia? He is too overbearing. He wants to decide who become a counselor in Vandeikya to the smallest ward in Tarkaa. Can't he serve an advisory role. I know it must be because of certain privileges and monies the so called stakeholders are fighting Gov. Alia. Akume too fought Iorchia Ayu that took hold of his government. I remember every allocation a portion was given to Iorchia Ayu until Terhemba Shija fought Ayu. This trend has slowed Benue state development for a long time. Alia wants to make a change.

Alia disobeyed God by abandoning his oath of priesthood.
Alia disobeyed Bishops that he served under them until contumacy was pronounced on him.
Alia is now betraying Akume that made him a Governor and all the stakeholders that sweated and sacrificed so much for him to become the Governor.

If you come home, you go collect if you don't know.
Now the picture is clear. I want to hear from those who were denying that SGF is not in the know of this crisis.
