The intros are one of if not my #1 favourite part of the All Star Game, I don’t understand why Sportsnet didn’t show it.

I can't stand the Master Card All-Star Youth Ambassador Program. Let the all-stars jog out to the baselines on their own without behind escorted by children. Ted Williams and Mickey Mantle were never escorted by children.

Last year intro was way better. More euphoric and gave a lot of extra hype i dont know.

To be fair, it wasn't his choice. Joc never wanted to leave the Dodgers. He got traded by the Dodgers to the Cubs, who traded him to Atlanta, and Atlanta traded him to the Giants.
@@jnuval he wasn’t traded by the Dodgers. He left us in free agency. He was traded from the Cubs to braves mid-season last year and signed with the giants this off-season because he grew up in Palo Alto.
@@jnuval It was his choice. He was a free agent and decided to sign with the team he grew up being a fan of. Love Joc and will never forget the awesome memories he gave us though.

Kyle Tucker's facial expression was hilarious. Almost like he didn't expect to be booed or something. He wasn't on the 2017 team but it still says "Houston" across his chest so he's getting booed. I like how Benintendi was the next non-Astro after them and the crowd returned to cheering...like he wasn't on the 2018 Red Sox doing suspect things, who beat LA in the World Series.

I love the All Star Game introductions, but it was so much better when the players all wore their own uniforms. Another strike against Rob Manfred.
I was a voucher for Alcantara starting this
but honestly, seeing as how this was at Dodger Stadium and it will be a while before the next turn comes, it was for the best that this game be started by the greatest Dodger of all time

@@zackgamer39 I think it's understood by most people that Alcantara is the deserving starter, but the stars aligned that the ASG is in LA for (perhaps) Kershaw's last year. He's not having a great year too, though lower on innings than his best years. Nobody touches Sandy on IP, strikeouts, ERA, he's just the best, most effective starting pitcher

I wish the fans could better separate a team from its players. Yes the Astros cheated in 2017, but Framber Valdez and Kyle Tucker weren't even in the big leagues at that time. I would never wanna get booed for something I had no part in doing

I understand not everyone getting a chance to play, as a Mets fan would’ve liked to see Starling Marte get in there even if it was just for a little bit but the fact that they didn’t let Edwin Díaz get to throw a single pitch… that’s criminal. For some reason, the play by play announcer for Fox has been doing the MLB ASG Intros for at least the last 6 or 7 years now. I know this because Joe Buck did them for a while. And I'm wondering why. Why not use the park's PA person like in years prior to the last 6 of 7?
@@mikedemirdjian9976 It's not the same without Joe Buck and yes, he did the intros for a long time but after he left, I thought maybe the stadium PA announcer would do it for a change.

@@Aldine281 Yes that's part of the game, but not sign stealing using technology, setting up cameras, live steaming the catchers signals to relay to batters. That is cheating, hence why management got fired and were fined $5M.

Had to play it twice to re-emphasize that the Atlanta Braves are the 2021 World Series Champs!! Hoping for a great remainder of the season, another division title and deep run into the playoffs.
EDIT: Funny how MLB moved the ASG last year, for no reason and disallowed the Braves organization from making any money off of the game. Took money out of their local economy, stadium staff, concession workers, etc. but then the Braves got the ultimate revenge by getting to and winning the World Series. MLB had no problem taking money away from the Braves and then turned around and had no problem MAKING money off of the Braves in the World Series.
