I truly can understand Saket. I too am in a fat and weight loss journey for 1.5 years and lost 64 kgs till now. I was 171 and now I am 108 want to reach 80 kgs. Eating in calorie deficit, working ass of during workouts, supressing cravings. But after all the sacrifices the result is worth it

Could you show your setup process as you begin the exercise? For exercises like the Cable Fly it could be especially helpful for beginners.
I have a question, when you track your calories using mfp so it has a feature to track your steps using your smartband and in general the calories you are burning you might have connected it or might have not. So let's say you walk around 15k steps and burn a total of somehwhat around 500 calories and mfp tracks so what it does is it resets your calorie goal for the day by increasing it with some what close to the number of calories you have burned performing that certain task. So do you replenish those calories after burning them or do you stick a certain goal like a fixiated number. I pretty much know ther answer that it's a fixed number still I felt like asking this because it's a bit confusing.
