You guys are on something. I worked in hospitality for 20 years, hotels, pubs, restaurants, a lot of 2 AA Rosette restaurants with good reputation. How do you have the energy to carry the ship and then make these videos? Fallow really looks vibrant and a fun place to work.
Them constantly going "This and that, chef?" - "Yes, chef!" is a treat on its own. xD
"Ketchup, Chef?"
"Oui." 😂
Just discovered your Chanel. Wow! This American classic nailed by some Brit’s. Fun fact- the McMuffin was invented by a SanFrancisco franchise as a way to boost sales in morning, originally it was ham and Bernaise sauce. One worth a try here in the states is the sausage McGriddle, with two maple infused pancakes it’s damn good
That croissant bun is absolutely inspired.
I love how cooks and chefs describe food. Beautiful eggs, lovely bread.
Can we get a baking series with Giulia? Her accent is pure bliss!
Is it Scottish-Spanish accent?
I like you guys - there's doing things and then theres doing things properly! I hope this channel takes off!
Yall are about to hit a million subs overnight. It's all here. Insanely delicious looking food, superior production quality, chill vibes.
They're only at 13.7k.

@@bobbyknocker3860 You’re welcome back when you have a good point.
For me the sausage and egg McMuffin is all about the sage! Love to try your version.
Bosh that looks absolutely yum. Can't wait to come eat at your place I've been following for a while now. Love your content
Chef Will and Jack doing there magic. Lovin it! ✌🏻👌🏻💥
Tom Hanks and Paul Walker showing off again! Nah seriously, with all respects thats a piece of seriously brilliant work you are doing here!
That looks incredible
“Such a purist” were my thoughts exactly, I lol-ed when Will said it 😂 Brilliant stuff guys
this looks phenomenal
Rustlers. Stuck a fried egg in it. Lovely
😂
Second what others have said here - but the production quality is just really top notch. Next time I’m hauling myself down to London from Manchester I’m getting my dinner booked in for the Fallow treatment. X
I love the camaraderie in this restaurant and next time I'm in town I'm going.
Awesome ❤. I have to go to England to go to your Restaurant.
That is excellent. I make my own mcmuffins at home using sausage meat, and sticking fairly closely to the McD's format. This is another level. Thanks for the inspiration. I'm never hungover by the way. 😁
Never hungover ? Come back when you're wearing long trousers, sonny
How is this channel not the most followed on CZcams. Incredible content, love this all!
“At the end of the day you dont want some gourmet bullshit thats hard to eat…” Priceless 😂
So true though
proceeds to make something that has so much sauce, and a raw yolk so it ends up basically impossible to eat with your hands
Great video 👌
On my 6th draught rootbeer cocktail while watching your vids and now I'm set for mcdonalds open so I can get a mcmuffin to offset the obligatory morning hangover.
Fantastic channel
Wow looks amazing.just subbed
Brilliant
here before 10k subs! what a new gem channel
as an american who goes to the british shop to pick up hp sauce regularly: brown sauce rules.
The magic behind the MacMuffin is it's soft. It's a soft smooth bite.
5:31 The bread is too hard.
That is gorgeous
back in the day McDonalds could give you a soft cooked egg. the yolk running down your McMuffin was awesome.
Listen I’d have to taste it first but the McMuffin is my guilty pleasure. I haven’t had anything that tops it. There’s something about it’s artificial-ness LOL
what filmming setup you use ?
That is f*cking outstanding.
Eurgh! These guys make me want to go back into hospitality, and work for them 😅
@fallow boys im a chef form Newry, Northern ireland in the Restaurant where I work We do a McMuffin more traditional but we add Hollandaire
What’s up with the flex on “premium cuts.”@ 1:08.😂
I do like a McMuffin. It's fast, cheap and the right size to eat in the car or on the move. Yours looks great, but it a a knife and fork and plate type muffin with that thickness and egg squirting everywhere 🙂
Indeed, they've lost most of the intrinsic properties which make the mcmuffin so good
@@matty7758 This!
Walking around in theirs chefs whites and shoes is so real
And incredibly unprofessional and unhygienic anywhere outside of the kitchen.
Hey guys - great vid! Are you able to share your top cooking essentials. I see you guys using Sizzling Platters which I only just realised is a thing.
Great suggestion!
yum.............
What about one of those thin sliced roast french dip sandwiches?
What is that salamander looking thing they're using on the wall. It looks like a sally but it's open on the sides? Anyone know?
Awesome, but McMuffins don’t have sauce so I would order mine without the bbq. Love the layering of the bread and those eggs look amazing.
Oozing egg yolk is a winner on-the-go.
Does anyone know what egg pan they're using? Thanks in advance
Perhaps a slight missed opportunity, could have made your own hash browns to accompany it?
How about Manzes Pie and Mash and Liquer? Simple food that's been feeding Londoners since 1902.
and i got excited about my home made Beef Stroganoff i made for dinner
Can confirm the bun is lit
Regarding the eggs, I don't think the yolk should be runny in a breakfast sandwich; over-easy with a jammy yolk, or a slightly swirled egg works better for sandwich construction and keeping your fingers and face clean while eating.
If you asked they could almost certainly do that for you.
It should definitely be runny . Are you one of those people prudish in bed too ? Get in there and mix it up I say!
@@keithkuhn-wh8pr what a weird thing to say. I was talking about the practicality of eating a breakfast sandwich.
So if you want to make the Sausage and Egg McMuffin yourself, you don't need anything fancy.
Just a pack of Sainsburys Lincolnshire sausages (£1.80 for 8), some eggs, some american cheese slices and some warburtons muffins.
Take two sausages, remove the casings and merge into one round patty. Fry in a little oil. Then using a round metal cake mould, fry the egg. Toast the muffins.
Then simply assemble, muffin sausage cheese egg muffin. Simples. It's so much more delicious that the Mcdonalds crap and you can make then for roughly £1 each.
Your take on a beef wellington ...lads 😂😂
'not some bullshit gourmet burger'
Yes! Understanding that it should be picked up and eaten not done with a knife and fork. Keep it up chefs, excited for my visit to Fallow in September
I am getting very hungry! 😊
They love the 'nice' and the 'lovely' don't they
well done
4:55 what are they saying about the brown sauce? A hedge pea brown sauce? What is that
They're saying HB brown sauce, which stands for Heston Blumenthal, but they say the H like hay-ch because they're British
Hear me out. Soak some day old crusts from the moist maker bread, finely diced soaked in a smoked maple syrup. Dehydrated Incorporate those into a muffin, hash or the patty.
What might that cost in your restaurant? Good content. Love your videos.
I recon about 17 quid
I understand that a runny yolk on a sandwich looks good but it's *always* a terrible eating experience. It bursts and runs everywhere, if it bursts as you eat it you're wearing half of it, if it bursts when closing half the yolk is on the plate. If you somehow don't make a mess then the yolk is gone in 2 bites.
Cut some hatched slices into the white of the egg then break the yolk intentionally, spreading it into the cuts made on the egg white. The yolk is evenly distributed into the sandwich and no one needs a change of shirt. Plus you can also season the yolk.
Only problem with this is most people don't have £35 to spend on breakfast. Looks good though!
that is about 15 pounds on their menu
@@AllanMurmann£15 😂😂😂
More Giulia, pretty please!
"none of that fancy gourmet shit you can't fit into your mouth". proceeds to bring out the knife and fork.
That intro kinda looked like you were about to fall over on the camera man lmaooo
The 300 has nothing on 2 men talking food so passionately in a kitchen. Lord. Have. Mercy. 🥵❤🔥😼 #Subscribed 🤤 oh and a Cheesesteak hero. I'd love to see what you two do with a Cheesesteak hero. WOW. My mind is already racing.
Mate you said you don’t want a massive sandwich you can’t fit in your gob then you made one 😂
is it going to be £2.49 though?
Guys, do the sausage&egg! ;)
il take 2 thanks :)
Looks really good - but not its apples for apples is it? I mean, a McDonald’s McMuffin takes me about 3 minutes to get, and costs me about £3.50. I think it’s a whole load of different effort and cost to have your version.
I like my bacon cooked, cooked, cooked, and then, just before it's cooked, cooked once more
Put in my gob right now
Cant beat the price. 2 egg McMuffin for 7$
Touched practicality and at the same time ran egg yolk. Maybe it is better to consider having "dine-in" and "on-the-go" options.
Or just ask how would you like your egg cooked
Gotta remaster the chicken shop burger and chips
Judging only by looks, texture & ease of walking down the street...the Mc Muffin still wins. I know you wanted to burst the egg for food porn on camera, but the Mc Muffin egg is way more practical in day to day life & 2-very small patties for texture...but what do I know, just that guy on the internet / CZcamsr :p Keep-up the great work!
Nice job chucking it in the bin. Man wud eat that here in Cape Town. #Poverty like u never seen.
If they'd wrap it in paper as you would a hamburger, it would work fine. But probably cost a lot more.
@PopDropCrush they're not in Cape Town though mate, so I don't think the empoverished of South Africa would've benefited either way
Wowow🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Looks good guys but I think too much brown sauce and the egg is a bit messy in the hands
🔥
おいしそう
You're MY McMuffin Wil
Can you match the price
The only question I have is.....Can I get this made for me?
how about trying to remaster the KFC Zinger Tower burger?
Runny yolk is cool and all but not very practical in a sandwich. Would be much better with a creamy barely done yolk
that looks fucking AMAZING!!
Hi guy's what is proper American cheese? Is it still the normal processed cheese or different?, many thanks.
Wot no hash brown?
i love how absolutley coked up the blonde guy is
Lovely, lovely, lovely, everything is lovely for this guy! Shit! ¶;D~
🔥🔥🔥
I love this but its safe to say no one will make this when they hungover
❤️😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
Would prefer a McMuffin tbh…
Just get a McMuffin
How much is a McMuffin these days?
