Rubal Dhankar is a fitness trainer, content creator, and a head constable in Delhi Police. He came in the public eye after he appeared in Roadies X4 in 2016.
Rubal was driven to follow in his father’s footsteps. He started doing bodybuilding and at a young age and then joined Delhi Police in 2010.
Dhankar has been a courageous and strong person since childhood. There was an incident in life which took place in 2009, a week prior to his first attempt at the Delhi Police Physical test. He underwent a mouth surgery, which went wrong and ended his chances to go for the physical test. But he didn’t give up. He came back stronger and comfortably cleared the exam the next year.
