Man, I'm cursed 4 times. Half of those are because I'm a Christian (cursed for being a Christian, and cursed for not being a Muslim). Of the other two, I'm cursed for selling wine when I worked at a grocery store (by the way, I had a Muslim friend there), and the other curse because I took a loan to go to college. I think that curse would be double though, because it was a Christian college. But fortunately I avoided about half of the possible curses because I'm a man.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle as saying: O Allah, I make a covenant with Thee against which Thou wouldst never go. I am a human being and thus for a Muslim whom I give any harm or whom I scold or upon whom I INVOKE A CURSE or whom I BEAT, make this a source of blessing, purification and nearness to Thee on the Day of Resurrection. (Sahih Muslim, Book 032, Number 6290)
Salim, the freed slave of Nasriyyin, said: I heard Abu Huraira as saying that he heard Allah's Messenger as saying: O Allah, Muhammad is a human being. I lose my temper just as human beings lose temper, and I have held a covenant with Thee which Thou wouldst not break: For a believer whom I give any trouble or invoke curse or beat, make that an expiation (of his sins and a source of) his nearness to Thee on the Day of Resurrection. RE: Hair extensions - there are certain religious ideologies that hold that *any* type of body modification (i.e. tattoos, cutting the hair, piercings), except for medical reasons, is strictly prohibited because it shows that you don't appreciate the way God made you. Sikhism comes to mind. It applies to men and women.
Is Muhammad's "curse" of hair extensions based on a similar principle? I honestly doubt it.

circumcision is approved in Islam, but this was taken over from the pharao cult and is somehow a ritual for initiation and a covenant with god.
When it comes to tattos: some desert tribes used to tattoo their woman's face as protection against magic, you can still see this today; from an islamic point of view it would make sense if this is seen as superstition;
And why are man with tattos not cursed? Maybe simple because that wasn't an issue at the time.
Maybe we should look for some tafsir on that, but I guess the underlying theme is not to change your appearance because it would be disrespectful of allah.

To develop further information about religions in general I would recommend you read "A Garland of Views" by Padmasambhava. It's a completely different thing from theistic religions and it gives a good brief accounting of various religious views.

Cursing the scorpion Made me laugh the most cuz it stings u while you’re praying. He probably got bit by mosquitoes while praying but it didn’t hurt so it’s ok hahaha. The women crying over a lost person is crazy too. Sounds like whatever annoyed him, he cursed haha
