I’m super happy of how strong and powerful of this vacuum machine. My upgraded version also come with the self-cleaning Brushroll!!!!!! The best feature so far that I can find in a vacuum machine!! Very happy with my purchase in general

Did anyone else experience a persistent whistle or ringing while using their device? I purchased mine a month ago and checked every inch for debris, finding nothing, but I still deal with the noise.

I'll never buy another shark vacuum. I need a gasket to seal the dust cup/canister and and shark says they're not in the parts making business! Find another brand that supports their replacement parts,good bye Shark.
After seeing your reviews, i went to picked up one myself but it was (US voltage) instead of UK voltage and there is no refunds? What do i do now? Also i am interested to know if the vacuum can operate with the brush head removed as that seem to be a hotspot for tangled hair and my house has no carpets
