I’m one of those that reads block diagrams. It’s helped me understand our 48 channel Yamaha board and our current Soundcraft GB8 (40-channel, 8 AUX, 8 GRPs 4x8 Matrix). And it’s helping me understand an SQ-7 that we will be purchasing next year if it can ever get across the Atlantic. :)

Hello Yuri,
On the setup window - Surface - Strip Assign, you will be able to select any channel you want and assign it to the fader/layer that you wish by simply doing drag and drop!
