I like the upscale take on Jell-O shots. Fancy times! Back in the day I used to make shots by the hundreds, Orange Jello with Vodka - Screwdrivers and Lime with Tequila - Margaritas. Imagine an entire refrigerator filled to the brim with little green and orange cups.
I made something like this! Except alcohol-less/marshmellow-less and after the first layer of jello I put a layer of fruit, then another layer of jello, so there is fruit in the middle! My family liked it :3
Hilah. Is it weird for a 11 year old watching these things and making them? Haha. I like your recipes and way of doing the cooking show :3 Keep these things going! (More bacon...?)
Oh wow! Yeah, you could totally do whatever flavors you want with these, too. Quicker (and less awkward) to eat without having to scoop them out of the cups with your tongue. ;)
It's probably fine, though. Alcohol doesn't start to evaporate until about 175F, which is well below the simmering point of water. I think by the time you dissolve the jello in there, the water is cooled off enough. But maybe better safe than sorry! ;)
Whahh? they stopped making pudding pops?? That is a shame and a half. I was just watching the old Jiggler commercials yesterday. Bill Cosby is so cool.
Tip: Add allow jello to cool to room temp before adding alcohol. Since ethanol has a lower boiling point (78 degrees Celsius) it will evaporate very quickly when put in boiling water (100 degree Celsius) and therefore you will lose its potent panty dropping effects.
i'll try it with flavoured vodka mmm, love the back of the spoon trick !! you looked suprized that you made the flipperoo thing ha ha . was it done in 1 take?
CAn I use the vodka with the mashmellows in a jell-o??? I mean together or there is gonna be an accident in my kitchen D'x if I do that?? Cuz I like the presentation but I want to make the jello shots :3
Hi Hilah, I tried the jelly marshmallow yesterday, but when I pour the second layer, the marshmallow went on top and not in the middle, what's wrong? thankyou so much, I loce the idea :)
if you don't want all that foam use a spoon rather than a whisk ... other than that I will definitely be using this recipe :D I wonder how long they last unregenerated :P I have a long train ride home for the holidays lol
i don't drink much but i do want to try the "boozy ones" this looks fun and festive ! i don't know much about vodka ,what brand would you recommend ? or does it really matter in a jello shot sort of deal ?
Watch it Jiggle!! I made these many years ago when I was in Sweden, and the 'boozy' ones got us all TRA- SHED! I put a lot bigger dose of the Vodka. Great idea with the Marshmallows! Thank You Hilah!!!
This is exactly the kind of fun party item I forget about! What a great throwback treat that kids AND parents love!
Love these. Moms get a treat and kids get fun JIGGLERS!!!!
Total throwback! And so easy.
Fun! You could try all different combos. I bet strawberry-lime would even be good with some silver tequila for a strawberry margarita flavor.
You look a lot like phoebe from friends!
+cassie Little especially when she said "tadaaa!!" totally thought of phoebe

My kids would love that - love it
Thank you for taking the time to demo this! Appreciate it.
the jellos looks so festive!! nice!
Her little guilt laugh when she chooses the one with Vodka. Lmao
My friend just made the blue ones for her kids last night and said they loved them! :)
What a fun and cheap party addition! Jello is delicious and very affordable. Thanks Hilah!
Yay! Christmas spirit, y'all!
You could mix in some coolwhip or whipped cream instead, maybe just a cup of it, to get the white layer!
thank you for your response ! love your show watch it from australia !
That's my favorite, too. So cool looking.
I love the blue and marshmellow idea :-)
Cute! My friend is making them for a baby shower, both versions, for moms and kids. ;)
Thanks!
Do! It's easy!
One of our favs, the adult friendly one that is. ;) I've never heard of marshmallows and jello. Will try!
I knew this video was going to be awesome just by the title "holiday jigglers" lol. Yummy!
What a fun idea!
Omigosh! So cute!
I LOVE YOUR COOKING AND THIS VIDEO
Adam just commented that you could use a fruit liqueur instead - lemon, orange, cherry would all be good!
Love Chef John!
I love this, I think this I could actually do!!!
love your orange countertop. please don't change it
these look so awesome, I will hopefully be making the grown up ones soon
Omg so awesome! This is a perfect christmas dessert for me since im watching what i eat

I need a recipe for scotch... Great thinking mi lady!
YES! Try to reformulate pudding pops for us! :(
love this!

Yep ..... Theese R SOOOOOOO GOOOOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ha! cheaper than giving them Benadryl. ;)
And agreed, the plastic cups are a pain in more ways than one.
Ummm... I'mma try the bozzey one. :) LOL love this recipe!
You totally do loom like Phoebe
Hmmm...I would make rainbow jigglers!
Layer all the colours one at a time, and then cut 'em into squares.
You can! :)
I don't think it really matters. I like Monopolowa, it's a decent, inexpensive Russian vodka.
I want one!
I bet they would stay for an hour or two in a plastic container! You could even pack them in a cooler so they stay cold and refreshing. ;)
These look like jewels
Hmm. I wonder if you have any other clear, mildy flavored alcohol there? Pisco or cachaca?
amazing!!
Hilah, everything about you is cool.
I think so! I like gin.
You remind me of Phoebe.. You’re awesome! Thanks for the recipe..💙
Unfortunately, no. Freezing makes big ice crystals form and you don't get the same texture.
Sooooooooooooooo gooooooooooood!!!!!!!
that´s amazing!
I'd love to make a baby version of these. Maybe make them in the shape of little pacifiers (minus the vodka of course)!
or little toy penguin figures would be cute on the blue one :)
I know. I've started adding vodka to my toothpaste, too. Makes mornings fun! (I kid. ;)
I gotcha covered! ;)
awesome video i think i may try the adult one for my self lol :D
" The worlds biggest and hardest.... sandwich"
i'll try it with flavoured vodka mmm, love the back of the spoon trick !! you looked suprized that you made the flipperoo thing ha ha . was it done in 1 take?
I mean, let's just say, that would be totally fine in a hypothetical scenario. ;)
Yay !
I'm gonna use this recipe to try and nail jello to a tree
CAn I use the vodka with the mashmellows in a jell-o??? I mean together or there is gonna be an accident in my kitchen D'x if I do that?? Cuz I like the presentation but I want to make the jello shots :3
That is too cool! (:
ymmmm
i will try that
How can someone dislike this young lady's awesome videos??!!!
The 9 people disliking this video are surely angry envious b**ches !!
could you freeze them to make the waiting time quicker?
I live in a country that doesn't have yell-o. we only have yello in raspberry, lemon and woodruff. what can i do to get that awesome blue color?
Love it. but I do not have vodka in my country what can I use?
jigglers he,he. he he he
Hawwt rawr!
Woop!
Oh for sure! The sugar-free jell-o works just as well as the one with sugar.
Could you substitute the vodka for say...i dunno...Rohypnol?
Hi Hilah, I tried the jelly marshmallow yesterday, but when I pour the second layer, the marshmallow went on top and not in the middle, what's wrong? thankyou so much, I loce the idea :)
Teehee!
Hehe!
Do it for Chrismas

Ha! Yeah, it was one take, but it is a little nerve-wracking each time. ;)
