Gelatin does have health benefits. It helps your digestive system, it helps your body maintain skin, bones, and connective tissues therefore its good for people with injuries in allowing the body to heal. The glycine in gelatin also is very good for your liver. Likewise, that "lack of nutrition" mentioned in the video is a good thing: you get the essential benefits listed above without lots of calories. That's actually a good thing. We consume too many calories today, this is a good thing to reduce that. It actually is healthy.

I remember that hospitals used to serve gelatin for patients.
Jello might not be nutritious, but after being ill for several weeks and having lost my appetite for about that long, Jello was what I wanted and what got me eating again. I understand why hospitals serve so much of it. It is a gateway food to eating other foods that are more "hardcore."
well technically the ice-cream is the most potent appetite inducer.. so potent in fact, that even if you drink ipecac after eatin ice-cream, there´s like zero chance of vomitting..
