    Great content. We should definitely teach younger people like children these things so they can stop trying to pull off all nighters to look cool. Sleep is important. A lack of sleep can kill.

      Dreams are non fully understood but many say they are memories and emotions. Then when we dream we are re-learning and storing those new skills
