IBD യുടെ മൂർജിതാവസ്ത പിന്നിട്ട് ഏഴ് വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു ... ഇന്നും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും വയറ് വേദന എന്ന് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് പേടിയാണ്... പ്രധാനമായും ഭാരം കുറയുക, അതിയായ വിശപ്പ് ഉണ്ടാവുമ്പോൾ പോലും ഭക്ഷണത്തിനടുത്തെത്തുമ്പോൾ വിശപ്പില്ലായിമ, ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞാലുണ്ടാകുന്ന വേദന, Bleeding.... എഴുതാൻ ഏറെയുണ്ട് പക്ഷേ ആ ഒരവസ്ഥ ഓർക്കാനെേ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല... ഒടുക്കം 5 വർഷം മുൻപ് 30 cM കട്ട് ചെയ്തു അന്ന് 27 വയസ്സ് 45 Kg ഭാരം സർജറി കഴിഞ്ഞ് സർജൻ പറഞ്ഞു ശരീരത്തിൽ ഒന്നുമില്ല എന്ത് വേണമെങ്കിലും കഴിച്ച് ഭാരം കൂട്ടാൻ എൻ്റെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായും അവസാനമായും ഏറ്റവും നന്നായി ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചത് ആ സമയത്താണ്.
രാവിലെ (10 കാട മുട്ട,5 കോഴി മുട്ട, 2 താറാവ് മുട്ട, രണ്ട് നേന്ത്രപഴം നെയ്യിലിട്ട് വാട്ടിയത് ) അത് കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ എട്ട് മണിയാകുമ്പോൾ 3 ഓട്ടട (ഇത് ഒരു അരി ഭക്ഷണമാണ് മറ്റു ജില്ലയിൽ അത്ര സുഭരിജിതമല്ല)
പത്ത് മണിയാകുമ്പോൾ രണ്ട് വലിയ പാത്രം കഞ്ഞി, ഉച്ച ഭക്ഷണം 2 മണിക്ക് 2പ്ലേറ്റ് ചോറ് കൂടെ മട്ടൻ വരട്ടിയത് (ഓരോ ദിവസവും മട്ടൻ്റെ വ്യത്യസ്ഥ ഭാഗങ്ങൾ ), വൈകീട്ട് 4 മണിക്ക് 10 കാട മുട്ട, 2 കോഴിമുട്ട, 1 താറാവ് മുട്ട, രാത്രി ചോറ് മട്ടൻ, ഇതിനിടയിൽ ഒഴിവ് സമയം ജ്യൂസുകൾ..... 13 ദിവസത്തിനു ശേഷം എൻ്റെ ഭാരം 51 kg 36 ദിവസത്തിനു ശേഷം 68 Kg എൻ്റെ all time achivement 73 Kg ആയപ്പോ കുഞ്ഞൻ വയറ് ചാടി ഒരൽപ്പം കുറയ്ക്കാം എന്ന് ഞാനും കരുതി എന്നാൽ സർജൻ പറഞ്ഞു ഇനി നിൻ്റെ Drപോയി കണ്ടാൽ മതി എന്ന് അതോടെ എൻ്റെ അവസ്ഥ വീണ്ടും കീപ്പോട്ട് മൂപ്പര് പറഞ്ഞു ,മട്ടൻ, ബീഫ് തുടങ്ങിയ ഐറ്റം തൊടാൻ പാടില്ലാന്ന്........ അതോടെ ജോലി തിരക്കിലേക്ക് കൂപ്പ് കുത്തിയപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും 58 kg 32 age..... ആ അതൊക്കെ ഒരു കാലം....,,😞😞😞 ഭക്ഷണം നന്നായി കഴിച്ചാലും തടി വെക്കില്ല അതൊരു ഭാഗ്യമല്ലേ എന്ന് നാട്ടിലെ ജനറൽ ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞതോടെ ഞാനതങ്ങ് ഏറ്റെടുത്തു ....ഞാൻ തടി വെക്കാത്തോണ്ട് ഭാര്യക്ക് നേരെ ചൊവ്വേ കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റാതായി പാവം ഡയറ്റിലാണ് .....ഞാൻ ആദ്യമായാണ് ഇത്രയും വലിയ കമന്റ് മനസ്സറിഞ്ഞ് എഴുതുന്നത് അതിനു കാരണം മാഡം മാത്രമാണ് ഇത്രയും നന്നായി IBD യെ കുറിച്ച് വിശദീകരിച്ചത് ..... അപ്പോ പോട്ടെ .......

എനിക്ക് exocrine pancreatic insufficiency ആണ് ഇപ്പോൾ 3മാസം ആയി തുടങ്ങിട്ട് മൂന്ന് മാസം മുൻപ് 10 kg പെട്ടന്ന് കുറഞ്ഞു ആകെ ടെൻഷൻ ഒന്നിനോടും താൽപ്പര്യം ഇല്ലാ ജോലിക്ക് പോകാൻ പറ്റാത്തെ ഒരു അവസ്ഥ ഒന്നും പറയണ്ട.. EPI എന്ന രോഗം ആണ് എന്ന് കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചു ഇപ്പോൾ creon 10000 ടാബ്ലറ്റ് മൂന്ന് നേരം കഴിക്കുന്നു ഇപ്പോൾ കൊഴപ്പം ഇല്ലാ wait കൂടാൻ തുടങ്ങി but മെഡിസിൻ ഒരിക്കലും നിർത്താൻ കഴില്ല.... ഞാൻ ഈ രോഗത്തെ കുറിച്ച് കൂടുതൽ അനിസിച്ചു അപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് മനസിലായത് ഈ രോഗം ഒരിക്കലും മാറില്ല ഒരു dr നും മാറ്റാൻ കഴില്ല മാറ്റണ്ടത് നമ്മുടെ ശീലങ്ങൾ ആണ്.. ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ ഇതിനെ കുറിച്ച് ടെൻഷൻ അടിക്കാറില്ല ഫുഡ് കഴിക്കുന്നകുടെ ടാബ്ലറ്റ് കഴിക്കുന്നു നമ്മുടെ ജോലിയും ആയി മുന്നോട്ട് പോകുന്നു എനിക്ക് പറയാൻ ഒന്നെ ഉള്ളു ഈ രോഗം ആർക്കും വരാതെ ഇരിക്കട്ടെ

Thank you for watching, proctitis can be caused due to advancement of CD. In proctitis the inflammation is seen in rectal lining, if may cause difficulty in defecation. Avoid spicy foods and oily foods, during Flare can have easily digesting soft diet.
