Oh my goodness, I had never thought that my migraines could be handled via the digestive system. I've had problems with my gallbladder many times, but never did I correlate the two.
I had just started getting that familiar migraine now on the left side of my forehead, right above the eye. I thought I'd check if you had some video about this. And then I tried, just like you said, to massage the side of the gallbladder, where I was most tender. And I am baffled, but less than a minute into massaging the pain in my head went away. Even the tenderness I get right under eyebrow. That has literally never happened before, it takes a lot of pain meds to do that. I just started laughing in joy, I can't hardly believe it. It's like a miracle cure. Thank you 💗😊

This works. Had a hard-hitting migraine than wouldn't go away. After a few hours, I started watching videos to see if I could find something that would work since medicine didn't. Came across Dr. Berg and the Gallbladder connection, tried massaging the area mentioned for two minutes... nothing. Waited another five minutes... no improvement at all. However, around fifteen minutes (total) from implementing the steps... +90% of the pain was gone. So just because you press for 2m doesn't mean the pain will go away right then... give it a little while longer and see... Couldn't believe how well it worked when the meds (taken hours earlier, so it's not like they kicked-in) did nothing. I definitely thank God for Dr. Berg.

I've struggled with migraines for 37 years when I changed my diet habits. Migraines completely dissapeared. Granted, my migraines can still be triggered by light, sound, stress etc... but its like 10 - 30% of the pain that I used to have when my diet was bad. This is amazing! I am 54 and am a life-long migraine sufferer. Before I share what I want to share, I first need to provide the back story. About 7 years ago I had a hysterectomy and subsequently discovered I had stage one ovarian cancer. My oncologist strongly recommended that I change my diet and begin to learn about the food supply. I dove in and learned about the evils of GMO’s and pesticides. Also, through blood tests I found out that I am severely allergic to dairy. (And some other things -less so.) So I straightened out my diet and couldn’t believe how much better I felt in every way. No more “asthma”, no more daily headache, and many other benefits.
WELL, last summer I went to Europe. Since GMO’s are banned there, I stupidly hoped I could get away with eating cheese (my favorite). I COULDN’T. I got such a severe migraine that I couldn’t even go to an emergency room. Two doctors came to my bedside in my hotel room. The woman doctor’s specialty was migraines. She kindly and lovingly taught me all of what your video stated and more. (Including the use of heat and ways to detox) It was quite a strong lesson which taught me that I need to respect my body’s dietary limitations and to pay attention to the signals my gallbladder offers. I still get migraines, but they are FAR less frequent and severe -unless I the knucklehead in me eats something I shouldn’t -then I totally deserve it. Thank you for the added points in your video!!!

After years of referred pain from the corner of my colon that starts in my neck, occipital & temporal areas and ends stabbing me in the back of the eye, my doctors had me investigating IBS since before Covid, off to the dietician, detailed IBS diet plans, etc. It works, but sometimes I get it wrong and the migraines come back. So for the past two days I've concentrated on adding as many green vegetables as I can eat in one sitting (not literally) and I feel so much better. Still a little boated as my body gets used to digesting them again but I'm feeling so much better and the headache has all but gone. I was blaming "Keto Flu" but I figured after such a long time following this diet I shouldn't still be suffering from that.

Mostly sudden changes in routine & going without food for long hours especially in the evening can trigger a migraine. If you are used to a short nap & skip it or sleep longer than usual also causes a migraine.

Had trouble massaging it myself, but I had luck lying down in the sun and sucking my tummy in until I felt the tenderness on my right side from the inside.

Hi Dr. Berg, My migraines seem to occur from stress, hormonal fluctuations, MSG, eating too much sugar ( so I suspect the hormone fluctuations are from eating too much sugar), and lack of sleep do you recommend a KETO diet as you mentioned that migraines are caused by digestion issues?

I on rare occasions get sparkly vision, like a migraine aura--without the headache, but I do get dizzy and a little nauseaus. I ate gluten free noodles last night and although I am usually low carb/no grain. I have a feeling there is a connection. I also recently did a gall bladder cleanse but feel like I need to do another one. Back to low carb for me to see if this goes away.Right side is tender.

I have had a migraine since 2013 24/7. Went to John Hopkins university for diagnosis. After 5 years and every diet/ medicine trial possible I am 100 % convinced migraine is a symptom of stomach and digestion. I am living proof.
If I fast, I start to feel much less pressure and can think clearer (less brain fog). I then can test myself and I’m not joking when I say it takes one, ONE bit of food, to trigger the pressure and brain fog, neck cracking etc. For instance today I tried it with a French fry lol. It took less than 2 min for me to feel the effects. I’ve also been tested for allergies multiple times.
I’ve seen hundreds (literally) of doctors since my onset and they don’t understand. They just throw antidepressants at me even though I’m the happiest person lol. That’s my story! I wish I was closer, I’d come see you for some advice.
