  • The Michelin gourmet restaurant guide has just awarded Juan Amador a third star for his Restaurant in Vienna. He’d already had one three-star restaurant in Germany, before following his heart to Vienna. Three Star Chef Juan Amador prepares a little snack for us: Puffed Potatoes with Beluga Caviar!

    can be good, but I can't afford it as a East European, I'd rather go to Ferhat as you cannot but kebab of such quality anywhere in East Eu

    "Instead of chasing trends" - and exactly at the same moment they show the menu with the "trendy" description of dishes consisting only of nouns ("scallop - sweetbread - parsley") which don't really say anything. It's a stupid fashion, just as stupid as the previous one (describing food with lengthy paragraphs full of "on the bed of..." and "with the foam of..."). Pity a 3 star restaurant deems this necessary. Otherwise a very interesting place, finger crossed for 3 stars in the following years!

      Also, everyone is nowadays putting microherbs and edible flowers upside down... for some reason...
