Love the way its prepared. Easier to follow. I will do it this way exactly. Thanks !!
Someone cooking in the sauce!!! This should be first on the algorithm. It's like 10th. EVERY single one prior pre cooks the meatballs... my italian nonnine would only cook in the sauce and makes the softest most delicious meatballs ever! My fathers also a master chef but we all defer to hers lol. He does the same way in the resturant but adds a few other meats to the sauce. He loves recreating old italian peasant dishes. Great job!! ❤🎉
Also you can't spread a pre cooked meatball on bread like these. 👏😂
Thank you! Cooking meatballs in sauce is really the best way for me, I love how the meatballs remain soft. Mixing different meats yummy, I do that sometimes especially with pork mince! Nonna’s cooking is always the best 😊!
I have been looking for simple meatballs recipe and i found this video. I will definetely try yours. Thanks

Look delicious! My mother made the best meatballs and never fried or baked. Always cooked in sauce from raw. Going to give these a try!
I make a big pot of sauce then roll and drop the meatballs in the pot and let them cook. I Let them cool then slice and layer in my lasagna. An Italian lady from NYC taught me this recipe 35 yrs ago. Always perfect!
I do the same
Hi, thanks for the upload. I will try that way. Always have browned my meatballs first. I'm a big foodie and I don't see why it can't be done that way.
❤ perfect demonstration
Thank you ☺️
That looks so good, thank you.
Thank you for watching.
I've been trying many recipes but Arabic meat balls is easy as that 😋yumm
Very nice video! I’ve never cooked meatballs in sauce. I bet they add excellent flavor to the sauce and stay tender. Great job!
Thank you so much! Yes they are very tender and they give the sauce such an amazing taste.
My kids love it!! Very easy and delicious recipe. Thank you
Thank so much for trying the recipe, I’m glad your kids love them.
I left my pack of ground beef in the kitchen while I was looking for some cool meatballs recipes. I was waiting for so long to be able to cook some delicious meatballs since i really like them. I found this video and fell in love with the recipe, so I rapidly annotated all the steps on a notebook. I went to the kitchen, notebook in hand and when I arrived got sad.
My mom cooked all the ground beef with onions.
Too bad, I’m sure your mum did not know what plans you had for the ground beef. Thanks for watching.
@@nichomecooking yeah my mom didn't know, but her ground beef was delicious xD
The melody and the sauce is sooo good.

Nicole I cannot believe I forgot to subscribe before but I just did.
Since my previous comment I made your recipe another time and once again people loved the results. Today I am making another batch that will be used for meatball subs this weekend when my buddies and I get together to watch NFL playoff games.
I know how CZcams metrics work and I want your channel to grow so I’ll be playing your videos to bump up the views.
Thanks again for your hard work Nic..!
You are so kind, thank you so much for the support, I'm happy people loved them.
I’m gonna make meatball sub so this was very helpful
Definitely going to try this technique. It seems so logical lol. My family loves a good meatball
Thank you, hope you enjoy

Thank you 😊

Thank you so much for trying it I’m happy you love it 😊
My favorite ❤
Thank you 😊
awesome
Couldn’t wait any longer, made this today. Changed some ingredients etc but that’s not the point. You used a panade, I have never before, I did this time. Excellent results. Slow cooked in the sauce until meatballs were 145° in the center. I don’t think anyone wants pink in their meatballs. Hamburger, different story.
The meatballs are tender and juicy and the sauce is fantastic, clearly having benefitted from the meat.
Very, very well done Nic. I’m wondering if that’s short for Nicole.
Happy New Year to you!
Thank you so much for trying them, I’m happy they turned out good. Yes you guessed it right, Nic is for Nicole!
Happy New year 🎉🍾

Thanks, Hope you enjoy 😊
Excellent video
I’m happy you liked it
Found your channel today and cooked. The sauce was great.how do I know? After we ate the kids kept dipping the bread into it
Thank you, I’m glad you liked it.
GOD BLESS YOU!!!!! This’s exactly the recipe to make true Italian meatballs! Thank you so much for sharing this video
Thank you Steven. Blessings to you too..
As long as these don't cross the road, ill eat them anyways. Btw these look like they could because thats how well made they are. Solid but soft. A good bite and bite back.
I would panfry the meatballs first before adding to the sauce it adds extra flavour.
It depends on how one wants to cook them!
1. Could I use butter instead of olive oil? And 2. Could I cook it like this in a crockpot?
Yes you can use butter, I have never used a crockpot.
Super te mira . Ushqimi i thejsht
Thank you
😋
Thank you 😊
What about the Italian seasoning the the oregano and basil ??
In this recipe they are not required. But if you like your meatballs that way add them.
Such a plug can you do same with pork mince and fry before adding to sauce
Yes you can
What did you sprinkle on top at the end
Parmesan cheese
Almost 25K subs!!! Way to go Nicole!!! It’s a long arduous road on YT but you’re traveling it well. One day, when you have over 500k subs I’ll be able to say, ‘I remember when…’ 💪🏼💦😃
Thank you Nowakezone, it is indeed a long arduous road, it’s not for the faint of heart😀! When I reach 500k I will be happy to celebrate with people like you who are cheering for me. 😊
Can I use butter bread 🍞 instead?
If it has a low percentage of butter it should be fine
I am going to try these next time. I just made meat balls and they are dry
If you try her recipe they will turn out great, that's why we use bread crumbs or leftover bread, it makes the meatballs soft and juicy
Could the meatballs not fry first then add to sauce ?
You can do that if you want!
First video I've seen where the meatballs were not browned in a skillet with a bit of oil before adding to the sauce.
Thanks dear
Thank you for watching
The meatballs and sauce look gorgeous without searing the meatballs in a frying pan.......Is there a difference in searing and not searing......My local Italian grocer and restaurant always sear the meatballs and they taste wonderful.......They cook all the sausages and meatballs in the sauce and ladle into containers for plain sauce buyers.......It's the only sauce I'll buy.....
Thank you. The difference to me is that the not fried meatballs add more flavour to the sauce and they are much softer compared to fried ones..
What's the purpose of the bread
To keep them soft
can you just use normal bread
Yes you can
So this is how gwibard the meatball and his family were born huh?
I always add sugar to my sauce
I like the recipe but I don't like the hamburger put in raw because it leaves too much fat I think I would have precluded a little bit Sprouts in the oven just the most off the fat
Thank you. From what I have seen when I cook too much fat depends on the type of mince you use and how much oil is used not because of cooking like this.
why wouldnt you brown your meatballs?
Because I love to try different ways of cooking!
Awesome looking meatballs Nic! I just posted a video over on my channel about meatballs. Could you check it out and let me know what you think? Thanks!
Thank you 😊
American measurements
Yummy 😋
Thank you 😊
