I saw them @ the Van Wezel Sarasota, Florida. I believe it was this concert . We were in the far away balcony. She greeted us as we left & I purchased a CD. She looked a bit sad, unpretentious in the lobby.
They said she had just had a major break up, in her life & Feinstein was helping her out. I love all of Linda’s music. The concert was very good. Jeanne

Linda Eder and Michael Feinstein in the same room = GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK GOD & GODESS!! Love them both.
Curious, do you have Kristin Chenoweth's 2006 one night only concert or her 2012 concert tour stop at the Greek?!!!

Thank you for posting this video; even though the concert is 12 years ago, Linda's voice is timeless, and this concert supplements the various You Tube clips already available. Can the poster tell us where the concert was?

There are 3 main performers in this show: Eder, Feinstein, and the White Moth. White Moth makes his first appearance at 19.17 on the timeline, on Feinstein’s right buttock area. Watch as it makes its way up to his shoulder. Sadly, the duo became tired of sharing the spotlight with White Moth, and Eder unceremoniously flicks it off Feinstein’s shoulder at 39.40 on the timeline.

They really sound great together! But their personalities...they don't seem like warm and humble people! She seems uncomfortable on stage, and drawing attention to the opening in her dress was bizarre...
The final note of the opening song made Eder seem flat (off pitch), because she was singing a note 1/2 step down from the note played in the chord--and it sounded wrong because the chord containing the note she sang was not played until the final measures of the song. Also, it's amazing how she openly imitates Streisand's arrangement of "...Parade!" And overholding the notes leading to the ending seemed like an obvious exercise in ego that didn't serve the arrangement OR the artist well, at all. It actually spoiled the natural emotional build of the number--like hitting a brick wall!
It's funny how they stood apart from each other, perhaps to keep noticeability of the height difference to a minimum....
What was the bright dot on the right arm of Feinstein's jacket? Watch from @ 27:16 to 31:06, and you will see that it actually moved UP his arm, closer to his shoulder!
While Eder went through her tight-throated rendition of "Zing Went The Strings of My Heart," Feinstein looked like he needed a restroom break (@ 30:25)...lol But,
I must confess, I left during "Swanee"-- it just felt like the right thing to do...lol

Matt, linda eder happens to have no ego.she is the most down too earth person and performer.she is by no way immitating the style of streisand.i heard both of their versions of dont rain on my parade.drumroll, and the winner is ,linda eder.linda has the best vocals of any female performer ,ever.
