Even though Eva LOVED the specimens, she still refuses to go back to Arizona. :-) Thanks
Ha ha 😂 thanks for the visit !
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK I never made it to the Red Cloud. Always wanted to see it. Thanks for the peek.
This place is so wonderful. I dream about hopping back into those tunnels and hillsides all the time! Roger and Bryan are really fun to hang out with.
To that is Beautiful 😻❤️. Thanks for taking us along. Love your videos.

Glad you enjoyed , and thanks for stopping by !
Awesome! Good points, will be booking soon with the boys!
Be sure to see what he has available. I thought he said that they may suspend the underground workings.
🌺Gorgeous 🌺
Uh oooh, RED sparklies!!! Love those. Got to get out of Maine and go dig before my old butt gets any older.
Ha ha 😁 well, thank you for the comment!
As a long time mineral collector in Maine and NH area, you are absolutely correct about currently open collecting locations being closed in the future. These famous mines are great locations to take advantage of while still open to collecting. Wish I was closer! Beautiful specimens and informative video.
⛏Thank you so much ! And good luck in your field collecting ⛏
Wow those blades and clusters you found are absolutely beautiful. Great video Adam!
Glad you like them!
Absolutely stunning! Thanks for your hard work!
Thank you for stopping by 👍⛏
What an adventure Adam 👍🏻 those specimens are amazing. I would love to see more videos like this. Keep up the good work
Thanks for stopping by ! ⛏
That one wulfenite looked like a sailing ship. The dichotomy, your there while others fight over a parking spot in the city.
What an awesome time with some great looking specimens!
Yes indeed! Thanks for stopping by !
I'm surprised Roger let you dig in that vein. He usually asks people not to. I'm glad you had a good time though.
Greetings from Florida USA 🇺🇲😎👍. Transplanted from Texas old 37 year doing it all but love the lapidary arts most. But always the Rock Collector. Great adventure vid thanks for sharing.

You should! , and thanks again for the visit
That was the best video this year Adam🤩🤩🤩I’ve been collecting rocks and minerals for years not like you I reckon but those were super cool and I’ll try and get out there holy cow what a great place to collect specimens thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼
Let’s goooo
@@VendettaProspecting I know right long drive but definitely worth it
@@48thstateprospecting 100%% DUDE this is awesome!!
That did it! Liked & Subscribed.. I've seen several of your vids on gold prospecting, but have yet to pick up a pan. I'm where you were years ago (minerals and rockhounding). Great video!! Thank you!
Thank you so much , it genuinely means a lot ⛏🍺
Yeah I love mineral collecting and I’ve been meaning to get out to the red cloud mine, but in the summer it’s just so damn hot out there. Those are some beauties and will make some nice display pieces. Hope you can upload more mineral vids 🤞
In talking with the owner, he generally leaves for the summer. so you should get out there in the spring. I may try to go again in April
man.thanks!good ~seee ya!! 💥
State mineral. Nice!
That seafloor is Tailings Piles from the mine! PS..have You a geiger counter?
That area was right by the Colorado river. A place called painted rock park or something. Not mine tailings
Yes. I'm definitely into the minerals, too. My channel explains their origin. Thank you, for this video!
Thank you for watching , I really appreciate it. Give a visit to the mine if you can ⛏
A geologist in our Kingman club is a wolfenite specialist he went to the red cloud way back years ago. He used to live in El Centro. You have some really nice speciments
Hey that’s really neat ! Thanks for the comment, and glad you stopped by ⛏
Dang that landscape was weird, does look like sea floor. Great videos guys. Everytime I talk to people about prospecting they ask about you guys and how you find so much so I asked Andy who vouched for you guys. That's so awesome keep up the great work
Thank you for making sure we were legit 🤣🤣
Good luck out there ⛏
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK hey when people find the great specimens and nuggets like you do it's usually planted. But Andy from (Andy and Amy's Arizona adventure) we went out this last weekend with our new AXIOM's and I mention your videos , he had nothing but the utmost respect for you guys.
Even looks like crystalize coral
Great video! I think we are headed out that way sometime soon. I have a quick question for you on gold prospecting. I am starting to fine a little gold but it is very very fine, any suggestions on finding a little more chunky stuff. I have been finding the fine stuff on inside corners of the drywashes.
Thanks Red
Some areas can be completely void of chunky gold, and only have fine gold. The opposite stands true as well. If you are dry washing, it could be too much air or too steep of an angle on the tray. Bigger gold will drop out before smaller gold. Sometimes the gut of the creek can have good size gold. Or you may just have to find a new area that has chunky or gold.
Yep looks like the bottom of the ocean
U dropped it son of a biscuit eater lol
Ha ha , major screw ups
Love wulfenite have 3 specimen when ever I find it it comes home but here have to get at ahows
That was a very interesting video. Thank you for sharing it. Do they charge quite a bit for you to dig just curious.
The link up top tells you, it's like $60. a day per person from what I could see.
Yes up to 100.00 a day depending on which options you choose
New subscriber here. I'd love to make it out here some time!!! I hope I can!
Thank you so much, and glad you stopped by !
great ! video. what have those crystals been used for?
I think these were originally silver mines
headed for AZ on the 20th for a month. have you used wireless Bluetooth with your detectors? seems like everyone fights with cords. i'm going to give it a try. it would be great to run into you guys. let me know if you are in the Quartzsite area. its going to be great to get out of the snow for a bit.
Was in Quartzsite over the weekend. Super nice out there!
As for the Bluetooth, no I prefer to keep things simpler than that. I don’t really struggle with my cords at all and it’s only one anyway.
No posts in a while. Hope you’re finding lots of nuggets!
Howdy, yeah it’s been a wet cold winter but I’ll be back at it soon.
Boulder dash recently found a frikin massive nugget
Hey Adam this is Greg from Long Beach California start watching your videos about eight months ago you guys do some really good videos find some good gold you can usually find me at the Yuba river or American River me digging but I think I’m gonna give Arizona a shot with my detector did you tell me which time of the year is best to go up there and detect appreciate it thank you very much
March, April, May
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK Thanks Adam know I’m gonna do some research and figure out when we go thanks again
@@greghujing5692 Thank you so much for being a subscriber !
Hey were you aloud to keep all the specimens you found in the mines?
Yes, but they did not let you dig in the really nice pockets
Can you melt that stuff and turn it into pure stuff
No but it’s much nicer looking than gold 😊
Emailed both you guys about the Holly Moses claim. Is it still available?
10-4 , I’ll get back with ya
I didn't see anything send again
@@wadewilson6097 he said he thought it was already spoken for?
well email me again boulder5dash@gmail.com
So what do you do with this if it is so fragile.
Once you get them home, it’s ok. After that you can mount the specimens in perky boxes, acrylic, or just store them. It’s the miles of dirt roads that are the threat
Are those worth money?
Actually, they are worth pretty good money when they are high-quality. These are pretty good, so yes.
Is it open to public to collect?
Yes , its a fee dig . You need to contact them to set up a time to visit.
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK sorry I jumped gun on commenting. I watched till the end and you mentioned the same.
Where are the new videos
I know , I know .....not much detecting the last month or so
filmed with a go protato in some shots
Yeah I had some settings screwed up here and there , sorry ….but I assure you it’s no POS GoPro
Like the spot but the wind noise practically made your video unviewable in one section
Thanks for the comment. wind can certainly be a problem.
You walk through a mine, then arrive at a ladder with a bag of rocks which magically appeared in your bag !? Why don't you film the specimens removal ???
I felt wierd setting up a tripod in mixed company. I totally agree though. I really wanted to get some collecting footage
The question needs more clarification since I run the red cloud mines group, I’m the one that you will be seeing if and when you come out to collect I’m always getting asked why I don’t film myself removing mineral specimens whether it be at the redcloudmine or one of our other mines? That’s quite a simple answer. I only have two hands. I would much rather have both of those hands free to extract, high value, mineral specimens without damage. Believe me when I tell you, we’ve tried we have strapped go pros to our heads, our helmets, our chest, rigs, arm, rigs, and even had people trying to film over our shoulder. It is just impractical I can tell you from first-hand experience most of the extraction videos you see are either staged and/or done where the mineral specimens are hard enough to go after with one hand, having no fear of damage.
Looks like just outside Laughlin Nevada
Yuma
Great video Adam..!! Very cool specimens, and great mine exploration ....!!
Thanks 👍
Man, I’m super close to this mine right now and this video made me really want to carve the time to make it happen!
