It feels like yesterday when i started to watch his videos in the lockdown period where he is doing home workouts, i came across his channel in search of weight loss tips and exercise , by watching him only. I started to go to the gym and then it became a routine to watch his videos everyday. Now its been 4 years , the progress he has made on youtube , japanese literature and in his physique is insane . Have to say after watching his journey , I have learned that consistency and discipline are the two major things which are required for success or to accomplish your goals in any field or in anything in the world . As he said in the end of this video that never underestimate the outcome of compound interest .

Cause of kneepain is mostly due to weakness in glutes or lack of mobility try to fix them through training isolating glutes and addressing the mobility and see .i had the same problem now its fine no pain even goin beyond failure

with your advices i am seeing drastic changes in my body, i am 6'4" and been working out since 4 years now, i rectified the mistakes i did watching your videos, i focus on eccentric more, counting my calories every day, and seeing drastic changes, than you brother. its much better to learn from someone who made the same mistakes and rectified them, yes i used to do the same mistakes you did, bouncing weights, doing it with more speed rather than control, and i changed everything watching you

I have a question for you I would be happy if you answer me and guide me. You are doing a four day split chest and shoulder, back, arms and legs I have been doing the same split for couple of months now but I got only four days per weak to train as I consider that in these four days I cover all my muscel groups so I repeat the split each monday. As you have said that the weekly sets per muscel group is roughly about 12 sets so what will be the ideal set range for me If I train chest and shoulders once in week can you guide me about this?>

Been in a cut phase after 4 years of bulk, proper diet, proper workout, mentally in a good mind frame but at the end of the day or mid afternoon everything becomes so sluggish I feel low on energy maybe a crash of pre workout as I workout in morning, let's see after 16weeks where will I reach.
