Also helps when they are either ambitious and just haven't hit their stride yet OR they at Least take up the slack in other ways. You can't be with someone that expects you to take care of them Financially AND ALSO take care of the household. No ma'am.

I honestly hate it. it has brought a lot of friction in my relationship, and i pray things get better
7 years for me being the breadwinner, I’m getting more and more exhausted. But we are sharing a beautiful toddler, I feel selfish if not have her dad around all but I’m getting to the point about to end this relationship.
Being a female breadwinner is hard; not gonna lie. Still working on a lot of these issues in my own marriage (prior 2 marriages failed due in part to conflict over this same issue)

NEEDED THIS! In a relationship there is going to be one person who makes more, and it's 50/50 shot. Why the heck do we think it needs to be the man who makes more? Whoever goes for the higher job and education will be default make more. I went to law school for that reason-I'm only 25 and already making 6 figures, so what are my options? give up my career so by default a man can make more than me? Insane. I'm going to own it!

Even with a positive mindset, on both sides, it's still gonna be difficult. The woman will begin to look down on the man, who earns less than she does ( maybe he doesn't have a job at all). She will begin to boss around, like she owns the household, because she is paying the bills. For the children it is a bad example, and a source of stress. They need a mother around. The most important thing is, that she will lose sexual interest in her husband, who is less succesfull than she is. That is where women begin to cheat on their husbands, because they have low esteem of them.
Women are sexually attracted to men who earn money, who are above them, have a Daddy energy around them, and who are strong protectors of the family. Fixers, decision makers.
