My bad money spending habit is impulse purchases 😅 I make budgets but I’m not intentional about sticking to the budget. I’m going to do better as I begin to implement these good money habits. Thank you so much ☺️
Good Afternoon,as of this viewing I immediately took my card info. off the website where I was out of control with the "click and buy". I am on my financial journey right now to being debt free in 2023 and staying out of it! Thank you young lady for doing what you do. I very well appreciate you 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
When we were first married we didn’t always pay the whole credit bill each month. Now our house rule is if you want to buy something on a credit card to get the cash back, that is fine but you must know that you have the money to pay that in full each month.
Great video. Bad habits that I am guilty of is shopping when I am bored. I have started to place items in my cart and give myself 24-hours before purchasing, which then I don’t even buy. I have learned a lot from you. In the good habits I have implemented all of the six steps. Still need some help with the budgeting but have become so much better at it.
I need to stop shopping out of boredom. I love makeup CZcams videos and I buy makeup like crazy. I don't need anything else. I'm also in the beginning phase of starting an online business with my kids. I have to increase income. Tfs great video.
I am a NEW SUBSCRIBER as of yesterday. Binge watching these videos. I don't make a lot of money. I do own my house. I own a car. I am listening. I am going to do something. Thank you
Luckily I didn't memorize my credit cards numbers, so I cut them into pieces and threw them away. So I created links on my banking app to only be able to make payments.
I stopped shopping. I only pay bills and buy true necessities. I don't use credit cards. I cut them up. I deleted my card numbers from being saved online. The extra step up type them is enough to keep me from buying on Amazon, etc.
No credit cards. Started cash envelopes for shopping like clothing, birthdays, grooming, car maintenance and ad hoc items. Cash envelopes are left at home to avoid impulse buys and only taken with when we plan to do our shopping for a specific category. Implemented savings challenges into my budget including emergency savings. Debit card is not used. Money in the account is there for bills.

Very true. Budgeting for what you can afford is essential.

I shop out of boredom. Which is why I go to places like 5 Below where I can't do real damage lol. Spend like $5-$15 and I'm happy and satisfied.

Need to "forget" my credit card number.
I save $5.00 bills in a jar and everytime I get $200.00 ,I put it in my savings account and use it for vacation
