I just tried this sport at 65. I thought it would be like playing frisbee. Little did I know. My arm hurt after 18 holes. Sport is deserving of elevated status. Im going back to golf. It doesn’t hurt as much.
It definitely can be taxing. I have damage to my shoulder (unrelated to disc golf) that would act up every time until I started to improve my form.

I just recently found out about this thing called frisbee golf myself.
I've known about it for most of my life from seeing the parks everywhere, and people talking about it. But this is my first time actually watching it.
Thanks to this video - I am now addicted to disc golf. First ever video to watch about disc golf, and now my life is consumed with all the discs I own (70+) 🤣
Watching Paul throw in an eagle on a 1225' hole for $1000 was awesome and then they put Eagle's face on the basket. Got a chuckle from me.

Those first few looked like iron hill in Delaware. That course is very hard and pulling an eagle on 17 is nuts. Well done.
I actually had to rewind because I couldn't believe that those first two drives were consecutive throws because I wasn't paying attention.

This is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen, I didn’t know you guys actually treat it like golf lol… but I respect it, the only place I can throw a disc or frisbee is on the roof of the nearest house. (Not on purpose)

I absolutely love golf and disc golf. But disc golf is more economical and more physically active. I definitely prefer a serious round of disc golf over actually golf. It's also half the time.

Sure the heck is a lot cheaper than ball golf and yes, it's a lot more cardio than regular golf.
I’ve found my new favourite sport thanks to the CZcams algorithm, simple, fun and entertaining.

Played years ago,back with David Greenwell,Johnny Sias just to mention a few. Was on "tour" back when we STILL used Wham-O disc,glowed in the dark. A 500' hole was NEVER going to get "aced" in those days. The new plastic and the ability to utilize the new disc's advantages is mind blowing. P.S For those of you who have never tried disc golf,you should. Grab a disc,go out side,yard,park anywhere with some room and use a tree for your target. Call or look up your local course pro and pick up a disc or two and some pointers. Careful, it's addictive. You're for warned. Great Job guys!!!

Thank you for keeping all the language clean!! I subbed in PE a couple days ago and the majority of the kids didn't even know how to throw a frisbee. This will be shown next time I am in that class and we are going to learn to throw a frisbee!

Crazy, I knew frisbee golf was a thing I know a guy who plays for fun with his friends but I had no idea that it went to this level with media covered pro competitions etc, very cool.
