- This is a video of driving down and racing at Yello Belly, 4000+ mile round trip, if that wasn’t enough we detoured on our way home and pulled the trany and the clutch and upgraded to a 29 spline input shaft while the clutch got freshened by Cale and his crew to accept the new clutch disc.

Red Deer hall of fame candidate for sure! Great video Rich!
Thanks 👍
I've never in my life seen some pick up a t56 transmission and hoss that thing in a car like you just did Rich now that's a job for a man a Chuck Norris type man! 💪🏻
That first burnout at yellow belly really puts into perspective how over the top that place is. Lol
Right!?!?!
"Transmission jack?? We don't need no stinkin' transmission jack" LOL! Sketchy doesn't adequately describe YB! (I watched live when I could) What a trip! You are the CCN for a reason Rich! 👍
The one car that you would not expect to see at the gut! Awesome video what an adventure 😊😊
Nice Job! Putting the miles on that ole Pontiac. Awesome
Love the old hot rods
Rich, you are a beast.! Loved it all, watched live at home. Thanks for the experience of riding with you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I like this guy. I'm glad you are promoting him Jimmy Dale.
Well thank you!
Definitely a bucket list track for me!!
It’s a must do for sure!
Hell I think we are gonna have to call you the “famous Canadian”, hanging with some famous people, keep doing Canada and Alberta proud!!!…👌👌👌
Thanks!
Make sure you hit me up if you ever come to California love to hang out with you. Love them stick shift, especially Pontiac.
Always love seeing these videos, can't get enough of this car!
It is always funny watching people that are not ready for the 2 step. especially as hard as yours bangs Rich.
Man that car is so dependable I’m impressed
Awesome GTO and it's reliable!
Richard, I hope you realize how thrilled all those people were to meet you. You’re a legend and a true bad ass you and your brother are gangster
Thanks I definitely find that part crazy but do my best to give them any time I can!
We love you down here in the South Rich!
great vid realy great incar footage 👍👍👍👍 Canadian thumbs oop
Thank you!
I'm pretty sure I speak for us Texans with a "you are always welcome in TEXAS!"
Sketchy is an understatement for Yello Belly. Used to be a slightly less sketchy track in Kennedale but too many big homes showed up and that one closed. Parting of the crowd for a burn out and stage, and all the cash changing hands on the starting line was epic.
I would make a trip out to YelloBelly if you show up again just to shake your hand and have my pic made with you and the car. Great content!
Thank you, I will probably be back next year!!
Great video Rich!! Thank you for sharing your footage and your car with us all. It's by far my favorite car ever. . Black 65 is my dream car
Great video bud, looks like you had an adventure there . Very inspirational.

Man, tracks like that give me anxiety haha.
Sick week needs an east coast event for 2025
Thank you for showing the clutch repairs! I've never seen how that was done!
For sure!
Did I see 17 mpg!!! That’s awesome
Yes sir!
Thanks for sharing Rich! Crazy track. Another great marathon road trip in the books!
Great video Rich! Looked like a blast! Keep um coming!
Thanks for sharing your trip, that track is crazy, see you at SickWeek
For sure!
Well done my friend!
What a great place.... someday I will go to Yellow Belly Dragway....
It’s a must experience for sure!
I cannot believe how narrow that is! Wild!
Crazy right!
You head the man get out there and take a riad trip you'll have to time of your life!
Sooo it’s a video about me being a idiot I see I see
Definitely not!
Everyone get out there and enjoy hotroding again!
With all the driving you do to the different events you attend. What type of differential do you use and do you swap it out when you're done racing for the year?
@@QuinntumAZ I use a spool and 3.50 gears. I don’t swap it out. It’s a for 9”
Well I would not say you never have to wear a helmet most of the fast races that a outside promoter puts on will make you wear a helmet it's the Thursday night test and tune is where the no helmet thing happens Rich.
Yeah I didn’t see too many not wearing them!
Is you’re t56 synchronized or face plate?
Faceplated
I've never in my life seen some pick up a t56 transmission and hoss that thing in a car like you just did Rich now that's a job for a man a Chuck Norris type man! 💪🏻
