phenominal to have all those Quad racers bro!! I've got a Zilla.... so I love them!
Great Channel keep up the great work
The community needs a good quadracer channel.your bikes are sick bro. I'm a banshee guy but very interested in the lt250r
I cannot find that radiator anywhere on Facebook. Do you think you could post a link to it? I tried searching for Full Tilt and Michael Steiner but couldn’t find it.
OMFG...ROOST BOOST !!!! lol I totally forgot about that...but real talk...the stator was weak so Suzuki used the B9EV BR9EV iridium tipped plug as a band-aid fix for this...so the roost boost might be the ultimate LT250R upgrade. Could not see what plug you run. I gave up on running the head stay due to gasket leaks and potentially because of laziness. I never had an issue. The second radiator was unique, never seen that done.
PVL stator might be the answer but I dont think it had lighting coils....also was a high dollar part back in the day
Looking great. A reed block spacer is easy horsepower. Probably more than your Rooster Booster! ;)
I always liked the reed spacer on 87-90 because the boots always seemed the be shrunk and attaching the carb to the box boot and stretching it forward, holding and tightening the intake boot clamp wasnt always fun
That separate radiator on the side really helps to lower the temperature or did you just mount it to give it a different aesthetic?
i'm about to get an 86 quad racer where'd you get those a arms ?
Where did you get wiring harness, cdi, and regulator?
Im building a 85 im having trouble just sent my jug off do you have any ways to flush the case without splitting it
Where can I find the 2nd radiator kit?
Can you post a link on the full tilt rad? I can't find these? Thanks
What brake padel is that?
Can you create a step by step list of the restore/build? I just picked up an ‘87 250. It doesn’t run right now and the body is pretty rough.
he basically has. this is an ultimate guide other than building a motor and trans
Where did u order the carb from ?
Great video .I have an 87 lt250r. What a arms are you using?
These are Full Flight +2 wide +1 forward a-arms
anyone know where i can find the roost boost at ?
do you know of any a arms swap for 88 lt250r?
Hey can you send the pic of the wire harness layout
Yes you uploaded hell Yeahh. How much did this build cost you? I’m building up 2 Quadracers and wanted to do a build something like this. Thanks
Not sure at the moment. I’ll do a cost-breakdown when I’m done at the end if people want to see it.
@@jaegersracing ok sounds good! I’m really diggin the look of this quad. Also, question, how do you go So long in the dunes and not run out of gas? There’s no desert tanks for the quad racers so I was wondering if you know about anything that will help with that.
I’ve wanted to do something like this for years but am not mechanically inclined. At least I can watch you do it. Do you sell any?
From time to time. You’d be surprised how much you can figure out just by doing and watching stuff like these videos. Had no clue what I was doing when I first started
Hey quick question where did you get your all your motor parts and carburetor reason why is cuz I blew my motor up and I wanna know where you got yours
Sorry to hear that. We source parts from Rocky Mountain atv and eBay mostly. Usually there’s plenty of inventory to get your bike rebuilt!
JSR Racing is it possible for to send me the link to it?
www.rockymountainatvmc.com/
JSR Racing also where did you get your casings or did you have it already and you just freshen it up
@@agustinp.6998 Already had the casings, but eBay might have some extras for you. Make sure you know what year your bike is so that you get the correct engine casings. ‘85-‘86 is different than ‘87-‘92
Were did you get your swing arm from I have a 86 And the carrier bearing housing is cracked
I have a lonestar. Here’s the link for it:

You could also get an MTC:

@@jaegersracing I'm going to try to bring mine to life for the 250r legends ride in September
