    Only someone who takes time to build something nice will understand the amount of time and detail that goes into even just shock ressie mounts. Great work! Don't forget you can always pull the plug to kill your engine (as long as it's not dieseling 😅)

      Haha you’re not wrong about either! It’s easy to get carried away with these builds! So rewarding though! I think I mentally discarded the plug wire option after I got zapped last time😂

    Really sounds awesome...a beautiful machine. I wish I could get my hands on one of those... Since I was a kid I wanted a 500 2 stroke.. I did have a few 250s just never any 500s. Thanks for the video

    Another excellent video! Great job explaining the math behind mixing two stroke premix. Get yourself a Ratio Rite or Maxima Quick Mix Jar for future mixing. Also, be careful with that motorcraft oil in the trans case. Great oil but it is not JASO/MA certified and is not recommended for wet clutch use. If you want to keep expenses down and use a great automotive based oil that is also JASO approved use Rotella T4 or Rotella T6.

    I use a strip of electrical tape to hold the rubber on the shock cans just makes it that much easier haha

    In simple terms u need 4oz oil per gallon gas making 32/1

    Or you can keep the filter off the carb on first start to smother carb to shut down a runaway motor

    Simpler math is to take gallons and quarts to ounces. 32 oz of gas to 1 oz of oil

    Man you gotta use some heat shrink connectors. All these electrical tape connectors is testing my OCD and it isn't even mine 🤣🤣🤣🤣

      It was testing mine too haha. I might redo it before I put the fenders on. It’s all I had handy that day. I even had to say in the video, “I don’t recommend these” haha.

      @@jaegersracing must've misheard the video. But I use heat shrink connectors and pull test everytime after crimping. I have a set of crimpers that double crimp everytime, can't beat em.

    I still cant tell the difference between the sound of 2 different 2 strokes, never been around them enough to hear much of a difference in them other than they are much louder when an aftermarket exhaust is on than stock silencer.

      A lot of the parts were sourced over the last few years, but I plan to have a full lineup of parts for the LT500r and LT250r coming this fall/winter

      No worries. The radiator is from Michael Steiner (his number is: 620-218-4334) and the parts I’m making will be coming this fall/winter. I would just say to stay tuned to the channel. I will be posting updates on the channel and probably doing install videos and maybe even just a full build-up of a bike with all new parts

      😂 Honestly I thought that after I watched it too (not the subscribers but overall enjoyment). That’s why I decided to make the 4 minute start-up one in addition to Part 4. I appreciate the support nonetheless!
