When David was "crying" about how people could do that. You can see Peck rolling her eyes. I chuckled hard at that. Even she couldn't believe how bad the acting was.
Yeah, I like Steven Bauer, but this film here doesn't appear to be his best work, and that "How could people do that, how could people do that" scene is pretty awkward (he sounds more tired and grumpy than sad to me). And yeah, I get the impression that Chelsea Field is mentally rolling her eyes in that scene:-).

Man, Steven Bauer had a pretty interesting acting career. What makes "Barb Wire" even more of a tragedy for Pamela Anderson, is that she was 3 months pregnant when shooting began. The Barb Wire outfit she wore was so constrictive (it was a corset, after all), she lost the baby during filming, which would explain the quality of the movie as a whole. Also, you forgot the superhero cartoon she did from 2003-2004, called Stripperella, which was made for the now extinct cable channel Spike TV.
Ironically, in "Barb Wire" her character insists on her clients paying her in Canadian money as U.S. dollars in that Post-Apocalyptic future had become worthless.
