A fifteen year old girl does not deliberately take a dangerous heart medicine which can cause lack of coordination and dizziness and dangerous to a young person. She is innocent if her team doctor gave this drug without her knowledge; she is innocent if it was sabotage. she is innocent if it was accidental contamination, and once of these three must logically be true, thus, she is innocent . the CAS standard is guilty unless proven innocent. The proof is the obvious logic: She does not need it as she is most graceful, artistic, and talented skater the world has ever seen, and she would do whatever her trainers tell her to do since she was only fifteen. i do not think her attorneys represented her in the best way. instead of shifting stories about glass, and cake, and ice cream, and tea, they should have attacked the hypocrisy of the antidoping agencies arguments on moral grounds. Law is not just about technicalities within what is called positive law. Law always contains natural law, moral issues. these antidoping agencies have become cruel and autocratic. They do not think about the immorality of destroying a young and protected person. Rather they think about sending a message to a country. the reasoning is no different than what we have seen in human history unfortunately forever. group A feels injured by group B and wants retribution and does not care if they injure innocent group C in the process. They hypocritically call it collateral damage. USA antidoping chief Travis Tygart epitomizes this philosophy. he stated about his case, "It’s the right outcome and let’s hope the clean athletes who competed in the Games can finally have some joy and satisfaction for their long wait for some justice despite their moment never being replaced. At the same time, our hearts hurt for yet another Russian athlete who the system failed, this one a young 15-year old girl. The system has to fix itself." He wants an outcome for group A, the clean skaters against a system of Russia, B, and does not mind injuring C, an innocent fifteen year old girl. A injured us and we got revenge on B but injured innocent party C in the process. We feel sorry for C but our fight against B is righteous and so it goes. Kamila is a great young person who trained hard and used her God given talents to bring much joy to the world. She is always gracious to her fellow skaters and respectful of everyone. punishing her like this is incredibly callous and cruel. i hope she comes back and wins Olympics in future. it would be very challenging, but a tremendous heart-warming story if she could accomplish that. i think most fair-minded people in the world support her.

This poor girl was given a horrible fate. A skater like her comes along once-in-a-lifetime. She is absolutely beautiful on the ice and I'm sure even off the ice as a normal teenage girl. She is one of the best figure skaters that I have had the pleasure of seeing perform. At least she has youth on her side which gives her the chance to make a come back if she decides to do so. I certainly hope she does come back even better than before. She is a very talented young lady and should have the chance to shine in this sport. I only hope that she isn't scard for life by the bad decisions all the adults around her made. GO Camilla!!!!!
It’s simply a crime to throw Valieva out of the sport for 4 years, given that the CAS arbitrators themselves say that Kamila is trustworthy, and one of them was against a 4-year ban. Although, of course, in any war those who suffer the most are those who have nothing to do with it

Well if Russia thinks that by sacrificing Kamila Valieva, they would be able come back to International competitions, it would be greatly wrong, the west will never allow you back to International competition, the Kamila case just a pretext to beat you maximum. You should do appeal for her verdict and defend her to the end, even if some of you think that The Eteri coaches did wrong things to her, you can punish them after, not now. Фигуристы только на стартах находятся на льду 3-5 минут. А на тренировках похлеще марафонцев и пловцов. А если спортсмен осваивает элементы ультра си ,то до 10 часов в сутки не выползают со льда. И там ведь они не только руками машут. И если у спортсмена выносливость слабенькая , то без лекарств никогда ему не освоить сложные прыжки ....А без сложности , в наше время нет побед.
Очевидно, что это был заказ, до последнего тянули с пробой, где декабрь, а где февраль.. Сами потом признались, что без допинга она не смогла везде забрать золото, дайте протухший запад, вам до неё далеко...
After rewatching this video - please tone down all of this fauning over her skating & that. It makes this case even worse as it sounds like you're putting her on pedestal. Stop it! She knew her teammates and her were underfed. Also, I believe that the coach & staff dumped her because of injuries. They knew she would speak to her parents and that - only Kamila was a victim of being a child in an adult sport. If Russia would stop sending skaters not old enough to be called a woman - sorry. I hope the ISU makes it 17 for the olympics. No more baby ballerinas doing quads. I think she should take this as an opportunity to heal her body and get an education.

При таком раскладе получается ,что путь к золоту и для Ани , и для Сашули был закрыт. Получается ,что не зря у Трусовой был нервный срыв. Вспомните , Алина Загитова тогда и говорила об этом. Сколько тогда грязи полилось на ее голову. А ведь она говорила всего лишь о справедливости.
