I know someone in England who kept having logs stolen, so he drilled a hole in one log and put gun powder in the hole, he never had logs stolen after that.

Ah, a fellow Dam lover. My wife/friends find my obsession with dams amusing. When travelling I always have to divert when there is a Dam nearby!
Loved this one, the scenery shots were phenomenal and you had me proper tittering at the bridge 😂. We did a very similar trip over 20 years ago and would have loved to have been able to document it like you have so we could look back on it. Keep doing what you're doing and future you will thank you !

I remember going over the top of Andora and all our bags of crisps went like balloons. Lol 😆. I've done the Gimsal and Furka pass by maxi scooter years ago used to stay at Andermatt do a big loop in a day .

I done the furka pass last week in glorious weather and it's a sight to behold, but damn it's the scariest road I've ever driven on. I think you're taking the same route as me so probably lake Como next. Roads there are mental as well but what a wonderful place.

Can I know how strict were they with wild camping/staying by the roadside? Planning to do a campervan trip as well in August and working on a tight budget (hence, popular camping sites seem out of reach for us).
Also, do you have any tips on how to pick out camp spots to be.
We never had any problems, but we’re very conscious of where we were and would usually pull up to a camp spot near sunset to be more incognito.
We use the app Park4Night for all our parking & camping spots ☺️

Hi! No across all borders inside the schengen area you don't even have to show your passport (that's if you are from the UK)

Are you working remotely whilst travelling??
Not for a business, no. But we’re trying to put our time into growing our Instagram/CZcams/blog etc so that it hopefully becomes profitable in years to come, but at the moment we are just relying on savings🤞🏼
