Looks like you got a good one. Updated with the heater kit, composite lights, plastic tarps, rear trailer leg - sharp looking, well kept, the "rub down" with the diesel fuel makes it look good and will prevent rust BUT attracts alot of dirt and dust. Keep up with spot repairs on those rust spots, wire brush & paint 'em. TRAILER -> you should ALWAYS cross the chains (right chain to left chassis & left chain to right chassis) BECAUSE those tow pintles have a history of opening while driving EVEN WITH the cotter pin installed through the lock latch. You really don't want to try to lift that baby from the ground by yourself should it come unhitched. The crossed chains will only let it drop a little bit. Also, you should always have the trailer air lines attached.
Your truck and trailer are one of the nicest I've ever seen way cool sir, see the corn fields I'm from sw Iowa wondering if you might be near. I have the same truck and trailer 1971-27,000 miles with winch got it a few months ago and just love it, a lifelong dream.

Mine is a 1971 - 27,000 miles with winch.
Nice...I got a '69 Kaiser with winch and 395's with the hubs flipped. The thing is a beast!
He's not in North America... note the speed limit signs.
