[Ring Racers Mod] Tails' Khaos Kontraption WIP, Emerald Cup

- Decided to try to take a crack at it again to record this, and I got some funny footage this time around. There are clearly some bugs with this as I haven't thoroughly tested the Grand Prix before today, but as it stands with some polishing, this'll turn out to be fun in single player. There's a reason I have a projected release date for July after all!
I think I'll restrict the amount of effects that occur during Sealed Stars, because, well, you see what happens in the video. It's virtually impossible to do unless you're a god at reflexes and manipulating luck, which is impressive considering how hard they are in the base game.
Anywho! Playtest is still planned for June 14th, and despite me thinking for awhile that that my mod might actually just be completed by that time, it turns out I still have a long road ahead of me for features, bugfixes, and polish to add to this. It is a playtest version after all!
Speaking of the playtest, besides a full recorded video of it (maybe I'll even livestream it?), there won't be another video related to this til it's time to release this, I don't think. As always you can check the WIP thread for this on the SRB2 forums! mb.srb2.org/threads/tails-kha...

Like Supersonic Racing but with the Grow item instead of the Invincibility item
I'd call that "Can you feel the sunshine?"
This is pretty funny, I look forward to the playtest later.
oh the DVD screensaver one is just evil. I'd be too distracted watching for a perfect corner bounce to drive... I, uh, I'm not a very good driver.

If there is a way to manually alter the time between effects, then I will most certainly give this a try~
There is, there's an option to set the minimum & maximum time between effects.
...well, there was in the last version before this current rewrite, I need to get around to re-implementing all the options, lol.
If this applies to freeplay as well, I will download it through implulse alone.
This mod affects all gamemodes!
